  1. OOF. +support for a nice long talking-to. To payton: even IF Azius / Jakub had done something wrong (which I don't believe he did), you should know better than to 1. use your staff powers off duty, and more importantly 2: try and take your own sit. You can't do that at ANY level of staff.

  2. The ban wasn't put in place solely for the situation with Saiba. The reason Rangiatea and I decided to put this in place was also for multiple past experiences of Toxicity and Bullying before this incident. This was in a way, the straw that broke the camels back. Bullying is on a Non-Tolerance policy here at Gaminglight, so we did what we believed needed to be done. However, if you truly think that you would change your ways I would be alright with lowering this down to around a month or month and a half.

  3. If a player or staff comes into a requesting support with a case of them saying that they are being harassed or bullied this is to be taken seriously even if its false or not. Follow the steps below to make sure they contact the correct person needed. Part 1 Make sure that they actually understand what the meaning of bullying and harassment actually is and its not an Role-play situation. Cyber Bullying - "the use of electronic communication to bully a person, typically by sending messages of an intimidating or threatening nature" Harassment - "Harassment is unwanted behaviour which you find offensive or which makes you feel intimidated or humiliated. It can happen on its own or alongside other forms of discrimination" If you determine that you do believe that the person is being bullied or harassed by another player within this community you are now to follow the points below if you believe the person isnt necessarily being bullied or harassed direct them to forums for them to place a report if they feel something needs to be done. Part 2a - Normal Player If you believe that the player is being bullied or harassed by another player of the community they need to go to any SMT member for that designated server, make sure they have the following ready to give to the SMT member. Players Name SteamID (If Possible) Forums Account (If Possible) Evidence (IS REQUIRED!!!!) If they do not have the SteamID or the players Forums Account name please help them in order to get it. Part2b - Staff Member Now if you believe the player is being bullied or harassed by a member of Staff of the community they need to immediately go to the designated servers Head of Staff or Manager as this is a very serious issue, make sure they have the following ready for when they speak with the Head of Staff+ . Staff Name Staff Rank SteamID (If Possible) Forums Account (If Possible) Evidence (IS REQUIRED!!!!) If they do not have the SteamID, the staffs forum account name or staff rank please help them in order to get it. If none are available tell them to wait or contact me if I am available .

  4. If a player comes into support asking for someone to create a Custom TeamSpeak channel for them make sure you ask/check for the following things. Part 1 Ask if they have actually donated for a custom teamspeak channel and if not direct them to any of the severs donation page and it will be at the bottom of the page. SCPRP - https://gaminglight.com/store/store.php?page=packages&id=30 ImperialRP - https://gaminglight.com/store/store.php?page=packages&id=32 PoliceRP - https://gaminglight.com/store/store.php?page=packages&id=15 MilitaryRP - https://gaminglight.com/store/store.php?page=packages&id=2 Part 2 If they have donated for the custom teamspeak channel package these can only be created by a Manager+ so make sure they have the following ready. Proof of donation (Image of anykind showing that they have purchased this item) And their SteamID Once they have given you both of the following above you have two options for them to follow. Message any Manager+ on TeamSpeak and see if they are available to help. Move them to Requesting Manager+ Channel in under "Requesting SMT" and make sure they have those two things above ready to post to a Manager. Once you have moved them just let a Manager know in PMs that you have moved them in their for "This Reason" so the Manager can prepare to do what needs to be done.

  5. +/-Support While I do agree that you *were* in the wrong for what you said, I do not think it should've resulted in a permaban. So +support toward removing the perma in favor of a timed ban instead.

  6. Bread, I firstly want to start my reply with stating that you are a good staff member. You have constantly shown that you have the ability to be a good staff member. You take cases, you help other staff members. That is a very admirable thing to see from a staff member and what we expect to see in a Junior Management Team member. However, it's not all about being a good staff member to be a JMT member. The biggest part of being a JMT member, is being able to handle other peoples problems. You are the first person that people are to contact in the Chain of Command, so my biggest issue here is that you have shown constantly you are not able to handle other peoples problems. Whenever you are presented with a problem (at least from what I've seen) you will either respond with I forgot or I don't remember. It's extremely annoying to myself, and I am sure its annoying to others. You have been here a long time, and have shown major commitment to the server which I respect. However, in that time I have known you this has been a constant issue. I have a lot of respect for you, however I just don't think you are ready for a Junior Management Position. Overall if you can fix that issue and smile every once and a while, I believe you could be suitable for a Super Admin position. Until then however I can not say I am comfortable with this application being accepted. If you wish to talk about this with me in teamspeak, please do not hesitate.

Why do you think you’re fit for ACM (60+ words): I believe I would make a great ACM because I have a lot of experience in combat and healing. Most of my combat skills are from being a CPT in security and I normally play medics on other games because I enjoy being the support role. I also think becoming an ACM would help security a lot because I would be able to heal people when needed during d class riots. 10: (Bonus question, this is in no way required, but it gets you some brownie points) CI is currently raiding. You see an MTF E-11 CPL at 27% health running away from a fight. Just as you start to examine his condition, an MTF A1 Captain comes up to you and asks you to help them fend off the CI. What do you do? I would heal the CPL first because I believe being a medic/healer comes first, then after healing the CPL I would follow the CPT to help him out. After the fight I would heal everyone who needed it.

  14. Towlie is hands down one of the most hard working admins i have seen. I've seen my guy pull off shifts from when i got on until 6-7 hours later still on mod. I firmly believe towlie deserves senior mod. Trooper SGT Milk, SPRT SPC Milk, SPHP Master-patrolman Milk.

  15. Huge + Support Towelie is a great staff member who works hard and has dedicated a lot to Gaminglight. I think he is more then ready for Senior Mod. I will say activity at least from my POV could be better (May be timezones sorry if wrong).

  29. NOO!! I hate to see you go. You are an amazing guy maverick you helped me out so much I've never talked to a nicer and more understanding guy ever in my life. We only talked a couple times but when we did talked you treated with me such respect. You were an amazing Grand General man it will be weird without you being around. I'm still going to keep my promise I made to you of getting to be a General someday. Its gonna be a struggle without having you to look up to but I will work hard to make you proud.   35. +/- Support. The situation between me and him is long over and I don't want to hold any grudge against him for it, though he should've apologized to me in person a long time ago. However that doesn't mean Gunther is absent of blame, Gunther must work on his attitude as a player and learn patience and respect. If Gunther can come out of this better, and cooperate with everybody on the server without fighting, I believe he's worthy of a reduced ban.

As this is SCPRP SMT’s community they are allowed to create a decision on who they believe should remain in the community, and they are able to remove people from it if they believe that they are causing major issues for the community. From the SMT I talked to after this situation it seems as if this was something they were all in favor of. -support

  39. Telling someone to stop complaining is not harassment or disrespect. Several CI members tried stopping the situation. Calling out a branch in a player report is unprofessional. Not to mention Security showed some retaliation as well.   40. -support If you had not gone and shown blatant disrespect back toward them, I would give it a +. While trying to get these guys in trouble for being cocky and rude (Which they are doing), you showed your own willingness to be rude and foul mouthed back. This in turn makes both parties look immature and in the wrong rather than just one.

  41. - Ok so in my defence you started all of these arguments by stating "Imagine raiding when no one is on", a petty comment against CI which was not needed. "I responded with when do you not complain" I think that is more than a fair comment to say when you are making smart comment towards all of CI and the raid in which I was hosting. In addition how could you not expect some kind of response from ci when you are on purpose saying petty comment towards the branch. - Also you are trying to say me saying "Why do you care?" is a harassing comment. I only said that because you kept on moaning in /ooc about weapons being OP. Overall that is not a harassing comment at all. - That is all what I have to say about my part in this report.
