(150 Word Minimum) I personally believe I deserve the rank of Trial Moderator due to my past experiences of staffing within the gaminglight community, leading on I have had countless hours of staffing on the server with more then likely 500+ claimed sits. I have been apart of the SCPRP community since the server basically started, only transfering my staff rank of admin over to SCPRP in 2019, about a month or two into 2019. from there I progressed my way to super admin, claiming multiple sits and have learned a lot. I am relatively familiar with the ULX commands, though I may need to refresh my self since its been about 7 months since I have originally resigned from Super Admin. I have been in the community for a very long time, and I tend to take staffing seriously, I know a lot about the rules and would like to reinstate back into being a staff member once again. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? Seeing that mass RDMing is 4 or more people, Trial moderators can not handle the punishment of giving a 5 day ban, though in this situation the moderator can Gag the person who RDM'd as well as jail/freeze them, and explain to them what their punishment is going to be, from there its obviously they are not there to role play or anything like that, so you can simply use @ to contact a higher ranking staff member to deal with the situation. And remembering to give them their formal warning as well before the ban.

Excellent analysis and breakdown of the proposed idea; thank you for bringing some extra perspective on the hp/armor proposed for this job. After reading this, I agree that 150/150 may be a bit intense for a non-combat job and I support lowering the stats of this job to 125/100 to keep things a bit more realistic and balanced between utility, security, and MTF jobs.

What you want to see? - The donator riot shield to be changed to a much less buggy shield that is more practical and usefull Why should we add it? - The current shield is extremely buggy and annoying you often glitch through it and aren't actually protected by it. +/- Support I think that the concept of this job is well thought out, and very cool! But some of the things that are suggested I have to disagree with due to imbalance. Your HP and Armor is significantly higher than a majority GENSEC personnel and some of the MTF operatives from all 3 regiments, those being Nu-7, Omi-9 and E-11, along with some lower ranking CI Operatives. This is a Utilitarian based job and being as how it has doesn't have constant participation in active duty in regards to Foundation security against the threats that may come into, or reside in the Facility, whether it be SCP's or insurgents from GOI's, it seems overpowered. The personnel in your regiment have a very important job to perform and maintain, but as of recent the lack of utilization of MTF personnel has been concerning. The Utilitarian staff of the foundation are non-combatants, and while I can agree with your need of a firearm for self defense, the need for 150/150 is unnecessary, 125/100 would be more reasonable to ask being as how you are non combatants. MTF personnel should always be on standby to assist in defending the Utilitarian staff of the Foundation should a threat arise, and being as how we frequently patrol HCZ and EZ, the odds of you coming across one are quite low short of personnel incorrectly doing their job, whether it be Utilitarian or MTF. So while I do support the concept of the job, I do not support the amount of vitality and protection, 125/100 is more acceptable.

Changing to a + Support, he recently contacted me and I haven't been able to respond because I have been on LOA but he seems like a good guy, dedication and he cares. He fixed his application and I believe he should get a shot at staffing.

I must say, interesting. Based on your hypothesis I didn’t really know what to expect, but you went into a touch of detail which I liked. I’m not involved in research, so my comments don’t matter, but I think that you could’ve changed up the format and added a touch more flair. I’ll finish with this, it was a good concept and it was decently done.

From what I see, you have 3 people in a room who all hold a command rank in MTF (E11 1stLT Special, Nu7 1stLT Rainbow & Nu7 CMDR Fool). One yelling about shooting the dudes in game, the commander who does not control the situation which could have perfectly said "we're not shooting, shut up", and the other command member who continues to mow down everyone.

Coming from a 31st myself there are many times where we have enlisted running around to ship getting themselves into trouble, when instead if a Naval opens opportunities for 31st to RP they can get into situations to have fun instead of running around and minging to have fun. I will constantly be working side by side with the Commanders Fisheyes, WiN, and RJ to extend the bond between Naval and 31st allowing others to see the extent of roleplay that is achievable with 31st making them want to join the branch. What you want to see? - Kick AFK’s for performance boost (not all of them) Why should we add it? - You guys have been focusing on optimizations and preventing people from crashing in the server yet SMT has ignored it for “Rank boosting” now it is completely fine to have some afk’s but when it hits to like 20 AFK’s and it’s 8pm est it is literally unplayable driving feels like a stop motion video and gun fights become a hell hole.
