I'm going to attempt to say this in a way that reflects my beliefs on this situation, without offending anybody. Here's my take: First of all, this happened a month ago. Not saying when it happens has anything to do with the ethics of what was being said, but it brings into question the validity of this report. Not only does it taint the chances that this report is being made for the right reason, but your excuse for it not being brought up earlier is what I would like to call a "cop out". If his comments offended you to the degree that is being implied with this report, you would have reported it right away. I don't really understand the whole "blackmail" or "harassment" worries because if something like this is truly wrong, there would be no reason for people to "harass" you about complaining about it. If there's something I don't know about, then please inform me, however the only reason I could see you holding this information back for so long is for personal gain. Secondly, I don't even think we have all the context on this situation. If you would like to share the DMs you and him exchanged before and after this conversation, I would love to weigh in on those. Thirdly, I don't find his comments blatantly racist. Based on the screenshots provided, the only thing I can see that would be "questionable" would be his comment where he said racism was a result of "the black race". Even with that statement, while not politically correct, it is not racist. Racism , per the Merriam Webster Dictionary Definition is "a belief that race is the primary determinant of human traits and capacities and that racial differences produce an inherent superiority of a particular race". In basic terms, that means holding the belief that one race is superior to another, or a race is inferior than the rest. This is not what he was saying. I'm not saying what he said was right, or that I hold the same belief that he does, what I'm trying to do is see it from both perspectives. Fourthly, what this really seems like it is to me, is two people from the complete opposite side of the political spectrum going at each other. If you've ever been on twitter, which I'm sure most of you have, you see this kind of thing all the time. You two clearly have extremely different viewpoints on the world, and neither of you are right or wrong. Neither of your worldview's are "correct" because politics is not that black and white. This is so obviously just someone from the far right, arguing with someone from the far left, and while some of the comments made were insensitive and possibly hurtful, they are his beliefs. With that being said I'm not going to leave a +support or a -support on this post, because all I am attempting to do with this is bring more perspective into this situation. God, if I am gonna be honest, I never thought I would be making a resignation so soon but hell, nice things can’t last forever. - support Pittman is a well known player in the community and i believe he may be ready for staff but in the from 4/5/2020 to 5/2/2020 you got 9 warns and one of them being mass RDM. It may have been a bad month for you but that was only two months ago and doesn't look good when applying for staff. What are you suggesting? - Security CCs get an adjustment to their rules, right now, they are a Custom Class with 200 HP, 200 Armor, and MTF tier weapons. I would like to see that either their NLR is adjusted to an MTF tier class, around 3 minutes instead of 2, as the reason Security has 2 Minute NLR is to balance the fact that they are the weakest combat branch. An alternative to this is to remove their ability to enter HCZ/EZ and act as if they are an MTF with a 2 minute NLR. Security CCs have not been doing their job as security, and instead are taking MTF's job, while also doing it better, as they spawn in LCZ, which can be a better position, say midway through a CI raid, so CI are across the facility from MTF, and only have 2 minutes of NLR. Either Security CCs should have to do their job as security and stay in LCZ, instead of being MTF with 2 minute NLR, or have their NLR adjusted to 3 minutes. How would this change better the server? - Currently, Security CCs are more of a defending force than MTF. They are constantly patrolling HCZ, stopping raids and breaches, taking MTF's job from them. They do this better than MTF because they are custom classes who can come back every 2 minutes instead of 3. This is an issue towards MTF activity, as their job is taken and it decreases morale, and this hurts security too, as they don't have people defending D block, as all their high ranks are on CCs in HCZ. This discourages security as they are wiped out without their high ranks, and then they get off, hurting security activity. Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? If so, explain. - The only real disadvantage is that the people who own the CCs are most likely not going to be happy with this, as it is a nerf. Suggestion: Anyone interested in having a custom class in a branch (GENSEC, MTF, CI) must meet and communicate expectations between the branch high command and the CC owner. The CC owner and all people on the CC must comply with the branch's SOP, and would have a rank within the branch. This coordination would address issues within this suggestions, such as restricting certain CCs from certain locations, and is better managed by the branch's command members, who regularly deal with these types of issues on a day to day basis. Benefits: + CC Owners and Branch Command able to communicate expectations and restrictions clearly + CC's having an RP rank allows them to still fall under normal command structure, promoting a better sense of unity rather than just having CC's that do whatever they want + Individuals with CC whitelists are held individually accountable for misconduct, and can be punished accordingly, rather than an entire CC developing a poor reputation Cons - Will require enhanced coordination and communication between branch command and multiple individuals. I recommend keeping communication between the branch command and CC owner, and having the CC owner be responsible for communicating expectations to the people on their CC. - May result in less interest in CC in the Foundation Branches, as people will need to comply with SOPs, which some people purchase CCs to specifically not have to do so.

Hey you can't just give yourself a Pay Raise! This is unacceptable! I think the last thing I would want in a crowded room is a security member constantly FF-ing the poor OFC in front of them with their shotgun.

I have to say +Support for this one. Countless times when raiding, and or doing surface patrol, we will often find a guy with gun on safety and try to attempt an arrest. Only to find out, somehow with a pistol that can shoot probably up to 13 times max. Makes a guy immune to fear RP around guys, heavily armed to the bone, with AK’s, Snipers, Shotguns... you name it! I don’t think anyone will be careless of their life {especially a high ranking one) will try fight to the death, with nearly impossible success rate.
