  2. So i just wanted to mention that today is the day i started playing gaminglight! I have had so much fun in those 2 years, started with PoliceRP, then going to MilitaryRP for a year and a half and becoming Admin, Super Admin, Major general of 2 beutiful branches! I just want to thank Zeeptin for making this great community where everyone comes to have fun, and ofcourse all SMT that help every server out and make it a fun and safe place! Thanks to everyone that made my journey this great! Thank you Gaminglight! And lets get to the 4 years now! :D

Name:Black Jesus Current Rank:Executive Researcher Time in Research (Approximate): 2 weeks The position being applied for: HCZ Supervisor Why should you be research command, AKA what can you bring to the table that the rest of command can't? 100-word minimum); I can bring many things to the table really for example, The people that I trained made it far into the branches. I don't do favoritism. The people that I train are very happy to join the research team and the people i trained don't minge on the job. The people that I see i tell them what they do wrong which most people don't really if a researcher is doing bad. When I do my research the people involved enjoy the time we spent together. Plus I want to experiment on the rest of the scps that I couldn't before. Plus I would like to give recommendations that have a stronger backing to it. Plus most other researchers have warns and I have zero. Also while being low command that means I can do events more with researchers because I can ask them to join it if they would like it. One last thing is that more people would join because I get followed around by random people so i could convince more people to become researchers. Im online of the day every day so I think it would be good to have a active low commend to answer people's questions What will you do to make research more active and better? (100 word minimum)(Tangible items like activity, expertise or the ability to run training, etc)?; I do a lot of training and i quite enjoy doing it and I believe that it should be easier to recognize me when we get the new player models. Like im event team I would be doing events that involve the researchers because I feel like that never really happens on the server. I have people that I want to recommend for promotion but I never do because I don't think i have a strong voice right now as a researcher. Plus im part of CI and I train on there as many of you know. I would like to do training to the people that are already trained because it seems that some juniors are still doing things they are not supposed to do. Plus as executive I cant strike researchers that are doing stuff that are not allowed even when I tell them they cant do that. I feel like I need to be higher to have people obey our rules and SOP. Im online most of the day almost every day so I feel like I have a good shot of being what you guys expect a low command to do.

Name:Wundt Current Rank:Executive Researcher Time in Research (Approximate):1-3 Months ( I Really don't remember. ) The position being applied for:HCZ Supervisor Why should you be research command, AKA what can you bring to the table that the rest of command can't? 100-word minimum);First, im a very active member (in-game) i stopped posting tests due to my promotion to Alpha-1 Commander but that doesnt inferferes on my in-game activity, doing more ''events'' inside the Research Department, such like : Best Test on the Week : (Basically the best TEST that we had in that week,and a Promotion/Recommendation for Promotion) Researcher of the Month : (Researcher with the highest amount of quality tests on the month receives the Researcher Of The Month tag alongside a Promotion/Recommendation for Promotion) Suggestions day : (One every 2 weeks, all the Researchers should give their suggestions on #suggestions (DISCORD) Improving the training method : (Videos are a better way than just give a SOP, we should EXPLAIN them the rules and not just give a document and say ''Read it please and then anwser my questions'' our give a Training Video that im working on. - Explaining them on a video ---> (WIP), that teaches them how to do Good Tests/Unique, giving them TIP's of what to do, helping them if they have any questions about the Research Department etc. What will you do to make research more active and better? (100 word minimum)(Tangible items like activity, expertise or the ability to run trainings, etc)?;The events would encourage them to do more tests AKA being more active, as a Supervisor i would see who's doing good and promote them (depending on the rank),alongside Event Team we would have more Event's Related to the Research Department and we would have different things to do, not only doing Tests, doing more RoleCall's to purge the inactive and see who are those that actually want to make the Research Department better, creating ''Ribbons'' so they can think ''Being a active member would actually recommend me for promotion? I'll start being active so! Ribbons/Medals/Achievements : They are basically medals/achievements that can be earned by doing simple things our amazing things, the reward is different for each ribbon. Education Ribbon/Behavior Ribbon : Staying without any strike for 2 weeks. (Reward : Losing 2 the past strikes / If the Researcher does not have any strike at all, recommendation for promotion) Fast Researcher Ribbon : Doing 10 ''Decent'' tests on a week. (Reward : Recommendation for promotion) Flash Ribbon : Doing 20(10 Of them needs to be Quality Tests) Tests on a week. (Reward : Promotion [It depends on he's rank] Perfection Ribbon : Doing 20 Quality Tests on a month (Reward : Recommendation for promotion) Crosstests are amazing! : Doing 8 (4 Of them needs to be Quality Tests)Crosstests on a Week (Reward : Losing 1 Strike our Recommendation for promotion.) Taking my time on the De-ee-part-ment : Play as Researcher every day for one week (Putting him on the roster as Active, if he's already marked as Active on the roster he loses 1 strike, if he does not have any strike he receives a recommendation for promotion) This time you will die! : Earned by performing 5 Quality Crosstests on a Month (Recommendation for promotion) - Alongside my others ideas, this should improve the activity of the Researchers, they want to get a higher rank? show why you deserve it :) Wundt - 5/6/2019.

  19. DENIED You weren't just blacklisted for annoying him from what I remember you were also disrespecting him. From your track record and my experience with you on the server you are a minge, as of right now you have stikes with E-11 and a DNP for 2 weeks for minge. You reason has to be 150+ and the "I just want to play CI" isn't a good answer. As of right now you aren't coming into CI for sometime as in this appeal you have shown that you aren't willing to put in the work and if you were unblacklisted I don't think you would represent CI in a good way.   20. ehhhhh -+ support the things between you to are getting out of hand and its starting to get childish rhenic you are my yuki brother but i do think you target him alot you kidnapped him for like the whole week before i left i think the best choose out of this is you guys go on your different ways and have 0 contact smoke idk if you have been mingeing or these people are just being bias with rhenic because i seen you doing a good job last time i was on .. and if the sits are against you rhenic of Course a mod or snr mod would tell the person they can't do anything so that being said you don't know if he was calling fake sits,,

HUGE PLUS SUPPORT!+ -When I used to work with sam when he was a super admin on Military he was always so professional and a great help. -Been a staff member for a VERY VERY long time. -I would only assume hes very active over there on PRP like he was on MRP -Hes always been a big supportive guy and a friend, he can always help with whatever you need. Honestly I feel he deserves more then just senior admin but I understand the ranking system. Good luck sam come and talk to me sometimes b!
