Happy is actually one of the best people on the server. He is incredibly active and dedicated to his branch, and clearly wants nothing more than to see his branch thrive. He is a fantastic person over all and a great friend. I have absolutely no doubt that he will do incredible in Omicron-9 High Command.

Epic SCP. Who doesn’t love a good power outage. Foundation blackouts tend to spark the most exciting moments on the server, and this SCP would definitely create more exhilaration. Overall +support

Think about it this way: 049 self-breaches by somehow managing to “break down” a reinforced door. In reality, a staff member is the one doing it, because lore wise, it is unlikely that 049 could break down a heavily reinforced door. Sometimes things need to be tweaked for them to fit into the server.
