There is a new ruleset for SCP 1048 and 1048-A that should hopefully be put in place soon that addresses some of these issues.

No, it seems that you were heard, but the fact that Jakub literally watched you do the opposite and held you accountable for your actions, including lying about what you were doing, wasn't what you wanted to have happened. The evidence is clear and supports Jakub's side of the story here. You admitted to using a soundboard, which is contrary to the MOTD rules on the subject. You killed another player, despite SCP 1048 not killing people in lore, only cutting off their ears. You stated the medic was behind a counter and hadn't actually hit you, despite a very clear screenshot showing that that isn't true at all. So yes, Jakub completely disregarded what you said, because you were clearly untruthful in your answers, and there was overwhelming evidence against you. - Support

I handled this issue in-game last night. This player was warned for RDM x2 and given a 900 second jail time for that infraction. I was not made aware of the revenge killing, only the intentional RDM which was confirmed via logs, and based on Fear's admission of doing it.

The instituted rule was the MTF include a valid reason when adverting thermals, and the example given was if they noticed SCP 966 potentially breached. If MTF are aware that CI have breached, and they're aware that CI have cloaking technology (which they are), I think it's completely valid for them to use thermals in that situation. - Support

+ Support This sounds like a good idea, it would improve overall lore friendlyness, and make 076 more exciting to play. Otherwise, I'd also support a similar recontainment procedure to 682, where 076 would need to be lowered to a certain HP before he can be tranqed.
