(150 Word Minimum) When I first joined Gaminglight I had no intention to RP at all, but as I played it more and more I relized how great of a community this was, I decided to take a big step in early January and apply for staff, I was accepted and I was so happy. I was determined to climb the ranks in staff and help the community as much as possible. I believe I should be promoted to Administrator because of my Activity,Friendliness, helpfulness, and overall maturity and sit handling capabilities when on staff. My activity. As a Forum Diplomat I am required to be active on the forums, I am on the forums everyday responding to reports and other posts that need my response, as a Support member and normal Staff member I am required to be active in Teamspeak at all times, I am in Teamspeak everyday answering questions and talking to people. Friendliness and helpfulness is a big part of being a Administrator. As a Administrator you play a big role in helping other staff on how to deal with situations they are not familiar with, I always am open to helping lower staff members in any way possible, I remember being a T-Mod and being nervous to ask questions so I try to make sure they dont hesitate to ask for help, as a Support member I am needed to be friendly and helpful because on a day to day basis I helping people in Teamspeak resolve issues with their game or simply giving them Teamspeak tags. I always try my best to be as mature as possible, when handling sits, or talking with players in Teamspeak. As a staff member on Gaminglight you represent the Gaminglight staff team, so as a Administrator or as a staff member in general you would need to be as mature as possible to set a good example for the Staff Team. My experience handling sits. As a Senior Moderator I have endured almost every possbile situation while on staff, and I feel I have handled sits to the best of my abilities, letting no biasedness get in the way of issueing punishments. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? (assuming I watched them MassRDM) I would JailTP them to a roof and explain what they did was against the rules, then I would ask if they were aware they broke a rule and if so why? If they would just curse at me and talk over me I would gag them, ask them the question again and inform them that this is their last chance, if they continued to curse at me repeatedly I would gag them, warn them for Mass RDM | Mass Staff Diss and then (assuming im a Administrator because thats the rank im apply for) then I would minge them for 10,000 seconds and bring them to the minge room Thank you for taking the time to read my application!

(150 Word Minimum) the reason of why I should get trial moderator rank is because; I've been playing on Gaminglight Police Roleplay a lot and I really enjoy playing on gaminglight I want to help be apart of staff to help others and make sure the RPs are fair. I want to uphold the standards of Gaminglight as I love the community. I enjoy helping people that are having trouble with anything and I am always willing to help.I can and I notice that sometimes people ask each other to get on staff and I would like to let staff RP a have a good time, I also would like to help to make the server a nicer place and to help out people who have questions become they are newer to the serve. I think that I am very friendly and approachable so if anyone needs help they can talk to me and ask for the help they need. recently I have been helping people who are new to the server with things like the TS, website and forums, where to buy cars and how to look at the motd. I consider myself a good RPer so i can help people when it comes to rp and other situations. (150 Word Minimum) Because I have a lot of time on the server. A lot of experience you know like I learned most of the rules because I just played the game and admins were kind enough to just give me a verbal warning whenever I broke a rule and didn't know it was a rule. Now I did read the motd but just saying the reason why I remember most of them is just from playing the game. Now I know that admins aren't supposed to teach you the rules (at least that's not the main reason) but I would gladly tell new players the rules or answer any questions they have. Of course, I would be mainly doing admin sits but just saying you know. Also, another reason is that I am a well-known member of the community (at least I think so). I also don't take sides even if the admin sit I would be in is a friend I would not take sides, I will take the side of who is right in the argument. Also, I am very active on the server like I would say 4+ hours a day on the server I just love it that much. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? First I would tell them to calm down and if they don't calm down I would minge them for 300 seconds because that's all I can do as a trail moderator then warn them for Staff dis/Mass RDM after that I would ask a staff member higher then me to ming them for 10k seconds. If they do calm down I will thank them for calming down but still ming them for 300 seconds and ask for a higher up to ming them for 10k seconds and warn them for MASS RDM.

(150 Word Minimum) I believe I deserve the rank of Trial-Mod because I think that I can be a good admin whilst on duty and that I can be a helpful person in the GL community and on the servers. Even though I do not have previous experience with being an admin, I love learning things and I am a fast learner too. When I am on duty, I try my best to be mature and respectful at all times, even when I am off-duty. I like working with other people and cooperating the best of my abilities to get the task done in the most efficient and smartest way. I will make sure that I keep up my activity and notify when I am away and will not be on for ex. amount of time so I keep my job and be responsible with it. I will treat the job as a very important one, so I will make sure to prioritize being active on it at all times. When people get angry with each other I try to calm down them and have them resolve the matter in a lawful and proper manner, making sure no one is breaking the rules for their own benefit, which is not a good thing that people do on the server that stresses out people who actually follow the MOTD and who are trying to have a fun time Roleplaying on PoliceRP. I think that everyone should have a good experience and fun time on the server, and they shouldn't have to go through disrespectful people and minges, which is something the staff have to go through on a daily basis, which is why I want to join the staff and be a helping hand by being on staff for most of the time I play on the server. If I become staff I think I can be a great help by being mature, responsible, active, and having a fun time while on the server, which is the main point. In real life when I am being disrespected or made fun of I take a breather and relax, thinking about what the person is doing wrong and how they should be punished. When I am a staff, I will not abuse my powers, making sure that the player receives a proper sit or whatever they need, and that they get it when they are supposed to. I hope that I can earn respect from players and get to know who is who in the community, being a helpful hand whenever in need and be known for being responsible, respectful, and ready. I will choose the harder right than the easier wrong always, making sure everything I do is done correctly and following the rules, so that I can become a good admin. If someone was Mass RDMing and then cursed at me, I would try to de-escalate the situation. If that didn't work, I would minge them and try to ask them again to calm down. If they kept cursing, I would mute them for 1 minute then try to come back and see if they were still as heated as before. I would try to verbally speak with them and calm them down to the best of my ability, but if that didn't work and they kept disrespecting me I would give them a warning for disrespecting a staff member. It has been 2 years, and I have learned a lot. I have joined more departments, created friends, been punished, been warned, and been embarassed. I think that I have learned lots from these things and if I did not learn all of this then I wouldn't be applying for Trial mod. I think Gaminglight is a serious server and I take it seriously. I am not that experienced with staff, but I am a fast learner and I think this will be a fun, new, open-handed experience for me personally, as I have been with the server for over 2 years.   5. 1 week playing on the community : i may not of played on the community for 1 week but i am acheiving it. I am well trusted at being staff on other communities, if i get accepted i can show that i will do well. I am also VERY active on the server. (150 Word Minimum) I believe i deserve the rank because if there is an RDM/NLR/ETC i will deal with it as quick as i can. If im already in another sit i will PM the persona dn say "sorry i am currently in a sit right now i will deal with your sit after this one" . once i am done with my current sit i will TP to the person and see what the problem is. If they say they have broke out 100% breakout a san SCP i cehck logs to see if they really did the /advert. If they did i will open their cell. If its RDM i will bring those 2 people in a secluded place and tell them "do you have any proof?" if they dont i will try and check logs. if they do i will check it. once the sit is done i will return and or warn the RDMer. in NLR i will check logs tos ee death and kills and tell them "do you have any proof?" if they do i will check it and make sure its true. If they flase staff i will verbal warn them and if they do it again i will warn them. i will always be quick to solving someones problems. if they need staff i will be there so they dont have to wait like 4 minutes. I think i am trust worthy as i am trusted to be staff on other communities. I enjoy being On Duty and solving peoples problems. I would say being On Duty is more fun then RP so i would be On Duty alot (Aministrator job). I would bring them and if they try and shoot me i will strip them. if they curse at me i will say "stop cursing at me" if they dont stop i will gag them and IF needed mute them. i will say "you have been brought sicne you were mass RDMing people, and if you continue to staff disrespect i will have to warn you" i will then ungag them and if they continue i will warn them for "mass RDM and staff disrespect" and return, if they keep RDMING and disrespecting i will kick them. if they rejoin and continue doing this i will ban them for 1hour. if they continue i willl ban them for 1 day, if they do it again 1day 1 hour, if they do it again 2day, again 2day,1hour. you get it
