I've been staff two other times on Gmod, on a server called Anomaly Gaming (Admin Rank) and on Wits End, (Owner Rank) 5. What date did you start playing on the community? (150 Word Minimum) I believe I deserve this position because I have worked tirelessly in the community, working on my short comings, taking in all of the feedback from others who may not approve and molding myself into something worthy to take this position. I believe I deserve this rank because I follow rules and teach others about them too(Most commonly done while in a PD job). I have the skills necessary to preform my duties well,(patience, compassion, sense of justice, empathy and leadership skills as well). I understand the importance of teamwork, collaboration, and effective communication in achieving common goals. I am dedicated to going above and beyond in whatever task I am handed. I am a quick learner and carry myself to the highest of expectations. I learn from my mistakes and am confident in my judgement. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? If I had the ability, I would follow protocol. First accepting the ticket, secondly dragging/tping the player who made the report onto a secluded roof where no one could hear us discussing the ticket. I would get their side of the story and ask for video evidence (if necessary) then send them back. Then I would drag/tp the MassRDMer and get their side of the story, tell them why they were dragged and check if they have had previous warns. I would tell them to review the MOTD (by instructing them to type !motd in chat) then give them a formal warning + a five day ban for MassRDM.

(Can be any length): When I am on the server I try to help out as many people as possible with the resources I have available, but I am limited to what I can and cannot do so this will be a step up of what will be available to me to help out as many people as possible. In RP I main as Purge and on the ISD map we get a lot of minges and so if I am able to be TMOD I will be able to handle what people we have at our front gates whether its mic spamming or ARDMing or even RDMing I will be able to catch this and deal with it as humanly fast so the operations on the ship can run smoothly. I have been on the server for a little less than a year and I have seen a lot and have been in situations myself where I had to give my word and evidence of what has happened so that we can have a clean community. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?: I wouldn't let the cursing get to me as it is only words and I will deal with the situation as calmy and as professional as possible, I would get both sides of the story while listening to each person and if the other person is interrupting way to much and being disrespectful I would gag them for the time being and then ungag them when its their turn to speak, then I would try and verify the Mass RDMing with either getting clips from the person that called the sit then I would check the logs and get a secondary verification of what happened then if it was verified that the RDMing happened then I would give them their punishment of a formal warning and a 5 day ban.

I believe I could make a better roleplay experience for players, and make the server more enjoyable. I can do this by dealing with the people who only come on the server to spread misery. And I can help deal with the many bugs on the server for example. 173 can’t breach his containment door because of a bug that says “No doors in range to breach” I can help with this by checking if all the adverts went out properly and opening the door for 173 so he can have a fun time. Also i know that sometimes theres more sits than there are staff so I can help with that since I have nothing to do until 3pm to 5pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays so I'm gonna be on a lot. Q1: How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? Since they have Mass RDMing a long with admin disrespect I would issue a 5 day ban and a warning to the player. Q2: There is a player abusing a known bug, and he has been reported to staff. He swears he followed the server rules when you talk with him. What's the best way to handle this? (150 Word Minimum) I believe that I should be a moderator because I am dedicated to ensuring a positive and enjoyable gaming experience for all players on the server. As a member of the gaminglight community I have noticed a recent increase in mingers and overall players breaking rules. Also from being a member of the community I have learnt lots about the rules of the server and I will dedicate my time on the server to helping the players of the community encountering any rule breaking players amongst the server. Besides this I also have good problem solving skills and will attempt at all times to understand both sides of an argument amongst players. If I got moderator I would attempting to be the most active member I can be and I will fully attempt to help out the staff team and the community as a whole. Side note: I have very little warnings and I would appreciate just a try at staff as obviously I have never been on staff on this server but I would love an attempt at staff. (Can be any length): I believe anyone can be deserved of a rank if they are mature enough, It's not about experience or if they have been staff before, its if the person is willing to be apart of a team and keep their powers in check and not abuse them, that's a person who deserves to be apart of the staff team. And I proved it once before that I can be an asset to the staff team, I want to be that once more. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?: First of all, attempt to de-escalate the situation, ensure the player who was Mass RDMing is frozen so they cannot attempt to kill the victim who made the report. Then inform the player who was Mass RDMing that if they continue cursing at me they will either be muted or gagged (depending on their method of communication) and inform them that I will be bring an Admin+ to issue a warning an a 5 day ban for Mass RDM.

(150 Word Minimum) I would like to be promoted on the staff team to a Senior Moderator because, I would like to make sure that everybody is following the rules and enforcing rules stronger and making harsher punishments if needed and not asking anybody else to do it for me. And I would also like to help the lower ranks and make sure they are doing the write thing and helping people and the lower ranks and making sure everybody is following the guidelines/Rules and making sure they are following the rules too aswell. I would also like to issue bans for people just incase they need one. I want to also make sure that nobody is having any problems on the server and report all problems to JMT and SMT if needed. I would first collect all of the needed evidence from the reporter and then when I have all of the REQUIRED evidence, I would then bring him/her to the admin sit and if they just cursed at me I would tell them to stop if they did not I would then gag them. Then I would tell them I have clips of them Mass RDMing, So I would tell them they are getting a formal and a 5 day ban or a 600 second jail time and a formal warning depending on how bad it is.

(Can be any length): 1- Being Active: First of all, I think I'm a very active player, 6-7 hours on weekdays, 9-10 hours on weekends, the biggest advantage of this is that I deal with minges on the server or those who need help as quickly as possible. 2- How i manage the sits: I think I manage the sits in a calm and respectful way. Even tough someone curse at me i polietly ask him/her to stop curseing and if he/she keeps cursing i gag the person 3- I think im good at helping new players on the server if they have questions about server or they are new to garrysmod i'm trying my best to help them How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?: First of all,i would ask the person to stop curseing and if he/she keeps curseing to me or to the other person, i would gag the person and if he/she tries to escape i would freeze him/her with my physics gun and then i would ask both sides for their stories after they done with their stories , i would ask for any evidince if they dont have one i would check the combat logs if he/she has 4+ RDM it counts as MRDM if the person have 8+RDM it counts as a MRDMx2 5 day ban for per MRDM so if he/she has MRDMx2 it will be 10 days ban . When im done with it i would ungag the person and i would tell him to chill out and i would try to communicate with him/her if he/she keeps curseing at me i would gag the him/her again and i would take his/her STEAMID after that i would warn him for MRDMx? | Staf Diss and I would ask any Admin+ for ban and if there are no admins on the server i would request ban for him/her in the Staff discord after he/she get banned i would close the ticket

Trail mod Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? (150 Word Minimum) I should be accepted into the staff team because I’m very active and would make me stand out. I'm very hard working as well as a good listener. I am good at solving problematic tickets and I have got good leadership skills. I'm also not biased. I can be of help to the future of the staff team and further help out this community. if some things that people have problems with i try my best to figure it out so I'm very understandable and forgiving with people. Also, very dedicated person so if you give me anything I'll try my best to finish it. Also, other things like Rdm, fail rp , and also meta gaming if i know what to do in these situations. Also I have past experience in being a head admin and also a senior mod on dark rp servers and scp servers i know how to use commands and how to operate mostly every command. After that i also know most of the servers where you had to use only commands to become admin and do sits so it was harder to use and be an admin on those types, but it helped me become more connected with the commands and now i know mostly good amount of them after all that I know how to use ulx which was super helpful in my admin carrier. I watch you guys make very cool events and I would like to join that and create events and I like to be a Head Administrator that's my goal. Q1: How would you handle someone that is Mass rdming and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I would Tell them to quiet down or i will gag them or mute them and they will be getting a warn/ ban because they have been mass rdming. Q2: You are involved in a staff sit that involves 5 different players. The players begin to get frustrated, and the sit becomes very toxic and unproductive. What would you do in this situation? i would tell everyone to calm down and if they do it will be resolved faster and quicker if we all calm down. Q3: In your opinion, what is the best way to handle a situation involving a player that clearly does not care about the punishments they are receiving? I would tell the if i see you doing this again you will be getting a ban. Q4: There is a player abusing a known bug, and he has been reported to staff. He swears he followed the server rules when you talk with him. What's the best way to handle this? I can ask the people who are accusing him of these acousticians I will ask for a clip if he was breaking them i would COC it or if I was a higher up i would ban him for miss use of a bug.

Firstly I would bring the Reporter to a discrete location and get the Game ID from said report/verbally. I would then bring the person who was reported for MRDM and explain why they are brought to a staff situation. In the situation presented where the person being reported is repeatedly expressing explanative words I would mute them to prevent further conflict between both me and the player reporting. I would then ask the reporter for proof i.e video or screenshots as i check damage logs to assess the situation. If there is sufficient information for punishment I would explain to the person reported that they will be receiving a formal warning for MRDM as well as a jail for 300 seconds as it is their first infraction, both giving them a time to cool off As well as give time for them to read up on the MOTD as well as give players affected time to de escalate amongst themselves. lastly I would thank the person who reported the issues and return them back to RP. If they read the rules and feel sorry for what they did, I might give them a verbal warning and a second chance on this wonderful server, I would spectate them for a couple of minutes to see if they would RDMing or Mass RDMing again. Through if they are new or old, don't take the sit seriously, and don't feel sorry for the Mass RDMing they did I would give them a formal warning + a five-day ban. Two ways to handle this kind of situation continue with the punishment, and if you feel like they will continue to break the rules, inform other staff to keep an eye out for he/she as well shadow the person if there are no sits. I would use the !gag command and tell the Person that they are getting warned for ( Mass RDMing | Staff Disrespect) plus a ban for about 3 or a day. I would have to ask a admin for the ban and explain to him what happened.

(150 Word Minimum) I think I deserve to join the Gaminglight staff team because I try to play on the community every day and I try to engage with the community to the best of my ability I try to get everybody on their good side I don't like to argue or complain I don't lie about anything I am calm with staff and other players and I report players if nessecery and I think the staff team is a very responsible and respectful vonenteer position and is sometimes difficult to handle but I think I can handle this and that im ready to be a staff member and that is why I belive I think I should be able to join the Gaming Light staff Team. First I would bring the reporter check if they have any proof read their report because they had to write it and ask them what happened once I have the information needed from the reporter and then I would bring the accused see what they have to say and I would give them the correct punishment and asking what I should do.

(150 Word Minimum) I think I should deserve staff because I play on the server everyday now and I love playing here on GamingLight Police RP I get along with all the other staff members I accept punishment and don't lie about anything here on the server I don't brag or complain here on the forums I love everysingle person here on the community fourms and TeamSpeak -TS and I think that everyone is equal and nice no matter what they are doing and I find the staff members and regular community members Funny, Kind, Respectful, and just nice straight up here on the community and fourms and I like playing along with other's and staff members and I don't care if im playing with a Staff Member or not because you should follow the MOTD/Rules of the server and not worry about Staff or not because you need to follow the rules or you get warned or banned. I would warn them for RDMing or ban them for like 24 or 12 hours for Staff Disrespect and RDMing depending on the situation because if they dont cuss alot like only 5 times for a spand of 5-10 minutes ill warn them but also the RDMing too because 3 warns and you get bannes so yeah. 17.
