+ Support I've worked with Harrison for quite a while on this server, and I can confidently say that I believe Harrison would make an excellent Senior Admin. He's incredibly active on the server, has a wealth of experience, knows how to handle almost any situation he's presented with, and when he's confronted with something he's not, he knows who to reach out to, to find the answers he needs. I believe Harrison being advanced to the rank of Senior Admin would have a positive impact on the server, and that he would be a great person to serve as a role model to newer staff members.

When I had started playing way back in January (8 months ago, god I'm old), I had just gotten into SCP stuff and had been watching a bunch of youtube videos on it. So I hopped on GMod and I found there was an SCP section and found the gaminglight server. I wasn't really sure what was going on, but I shortly joined the GENSEC branch and eventually reached the rank of WO. It was at that time that I decided to get more involved in the server and have a bigger role in the community, which led to me applying to become a staff member. I was accepted and so began my career as a SCP staff member! I've had a lot of fun being a staff member, and feel that I've had a positive influence on the server. I've made a lot of great friendships with staff members and players across the server, and continue to challenge myself by getting more involved in the community. I've been a forum diplomat here for a short time, and currently, am active in the Utility and Research branches. In terms of am I satisfied with where I'm at here? I'm not sure, it's hard to say! I'm having a lot of fun where I am, though I want to continue to get more involved with the server, continue to rise through the admin ranks and help others have as much fun as I've had on this server. I also hope to continue to serve as a role model to the newer staff members and help with the server's development.

The chess sets and chairs are currently air bourne on the UK server, not sure if it's happening on the US server as well.

Lore Name: Rookieblue Steam ID: STEAM_0:1:42428330 Rank: Associate Researcher Activity Level: Increasing, my activity within the research branch hasn't been the highest recently, but I'm working on increasing it and getting more involved in testing.

FearRP is explained somewhat in the rules already. Examples given is when a CI is held under gunpoint from 2 or more MTF, or a researcher having to return to bunks during defcon 2.
-
Which is why I think an MTF sacrifice would also be acceptable.

MTF CC's must follow the Can't-enter-LCZ-unless-called-rule - Denied

+ Support All MTF personnel, including those that fall under custom classes, should be expected to follow MTF guidelines and SOPs. -
That isn't me, lol.

SCP-049-2 - Regenerative Abilities Rank: Researcher I Clearance Level: 2 List of Personnel involved in testing: SgtMaj James W, MSgt Flame, Sgt Atom Level D personnel involved: D-1427, D-2521 SCP: SCP-049 / SCP-049-2 Errors and/or safety hazards: No errors occurred during testing. 049-2's presences in and of itself was a safety hazard, but it was controlled adequately by 049 until test completion. Question: 1) As SCP 049-2 presents as a "zombie" similar to persons infected by SCP-008, will instances of SCP 049-2 devour human flesh, and will that allow instances of SCP-049-2 regenerate injuries? 2) As instances of SCP 049-2 are no longer alive, will conventional Foundation medical supplies heal SCP 049-2's injuries? Background Research: Instances of SCP 049-2 are created by SCP 049's attempts to cure a patient of what it calls the "pestilence". Attempts to have SCP 049 further define what it calls the "pestilence" have continued to be non-productive and lead to no answers. As SCP 049 works on its patient, the patient eventually dies but reanimates and follows SCP 049's commands. In its base state, instances of SCP 049-2 are generally catatonic and do not interact with its surroundings, unless a human enters its vicinity. At that time SCP 049-2 generally becomes hostile and attempts to attack the human unless specifically ordered by SCP 049 to not do so. Instances of SCP 049-2 are similar in make and likeness of individuals infected by SCP-008, and are colloquially referred to as "zombies". Classic instances of zombies as well as instances of individuals infected by SCP-008 attempt to ingest human flesh. At this time it has not been shown whether instances of SCP-049-2 attempt to ingest the flesh of those it attacks, or if they are just attempting to kill its prey in the quickest way at its disposal. Hypothesis: 1) The instance of SCP-049-2 that is injured by the GENSEC escort and then ingests the flesh of a D-Class will not see its wounds regenerated. 2) The instances of SCP-049-2 that is injured by the GENSEC escort and subsequently treated using the standard Foundation Medical Kit will see minor wound regeneration. Experimentation: I entered SCP-049's cell with D-1427, D-2521, and my GENSEC escorts. I made contact with SCP-049 in its cell and explain that I wanted to examine the regenerative ability of instances of SCP-049-2, and had brought a D-Class for it to attempt to cure of the pestilence. SCP-049 reacted happily, stating, "Finally, a human test subject!" SCP-049 then began to operate on D-1427, quickly killing him and reanimating him as an instance of SCP-049-2, proclaiming that he had been cured. I instructed SCP-049 to control the created instance of SCP-049-2 to prevent any unfortunate incidents, as we would be required to wound the instance of SCP-049-2 to conduct the scheduled test. SCP-049 confirmed it's understanding and I gave the order to fire one shot at the instance of SCP-049-2. MSgt Flame fired one shot, striking the instance of SCP-049-2 in the right thigh. The SCP-049-2 instance growled in pain, but did not react violently, showcasing SCP 049's ability to control it's 049-2 instances in extreme circumstances. With a now injured instance of SCP-049-2, I directed SCP-049 to have its instance of SCP-049-2 to attack and consume D-2521. SCP-049-2 quickly did so, chasing D-2521 around the cell before biting D-2521's neck and killing him. SCP-049-2 then began to consume D-2521, while I observed the wound that was inflicted upon SCP-049-2. Upon SCP-049-2's consumption of D-2521, I instructed SCP-049 to have SCP-049-2 remain still as I examined it. The GENSEC escort provided cover as I examined the wound that was inflicted upon SCP-049-2. The SCP-049-2 instance growled menacingly as I examined it, but did not attack or otherwise act aggressively. Upon examination, I concluded that SCP-049-2's wound did not regenerate upon consumption of D-2521's flesh. I then directed SCP-049 to have SCP-049-2 to continue to remain still as I continued my testing of its regenerative abilities. I utilized my Foundation issued Medical Pack's hemostatic dressing to pack and dress the wound that was inflicted upon SCP-049-2. While SCP-049-2 continued to growl and was clearly agitated, it did not attack during the procedure. Upon complete dressing of the wound, SCP-049-2 was clearly regenerating its wound, which shows that something within the hemostatic compound activated some sort of regenerative ability within the instance of SCP-049-2, and further investigation of this will need to be conducted in future tests. At this point, SCP-049 warned this it was beginning to lose control of the instance of SCP-049-2, which was substantiated by SCP-049-2 beginning to approach myself and the GENSEC escort. Fearing imminent violence, the GENSEC escort opened fire on the instance of SCP-049-2, terminating it before it could attack and cause injury. SCP-049 was then thanked for its cooperation, and we exited the containment cell incident. Analysis and Conclusion: This experiment shows that while instances of SCP 049-2 share visual similarities to people infected by SCP-008 or colloquial zombies, the consumption of flesh does not result in the regeneration of any wounds to SCP-049-2. However, there was a reaction of the hemostatic compound in the Foundation Medical Kit with SCP-049-2 that resulted in SCP-049-2 beginning to regenerate its wounds. I recommend further investigation into this reaction, as it's possible SCP-049 may attempt to gain hemostatic agents to heal instances of SCP-049-2 in a future escape attempt. Do your results align with your hypothesis?: At the completion of the test, all results aligned with the initial hypothesizes, though the regenerative abilities did surprise me. Approved by the Director of Research and Security and the Head of Research. For use in Site-05. Secure, Contain, And Protect.

ReZVoRtEx's SCP Trail Moderator Application.- Accepted
Rookieblue replied to [GL] Mike's topic in Accepted
Good luck, I hope to be staffing with you soon! -
When I did the first update of the rules a bit ago I wrote in the containment rules to help some of that, as well as some other stuff. If there are specific rules you want included, please make a suggestion, or PM them to me and I'll work on another mass update for the MOTD.

It's less of a bug report because the text was supposed to be there, just wasn't removed with the cooks, lol.

Replacing OG 173 Model With Weeping Angel Statue - Denied
Rookieblue replied to Peggu with a Gun's topic in Denied
- Support While I loved having 173 on our server, simply using the crying angel skin would not be lore-friendly, and would break immersion. Unfortunately, I will have to continue to not support this suggestion. -
That is a typo that I believe has already been identified to be fixed. Should be done soon!

What you want to see? - As the chef job has been removed and likely won't be coming back, I'd like for the text in the cafeteria to be removed to reduce confusion and having unneeded text on the server. Why should we add it? - Clears out unneeded and no longer relevant text. What are the advantages of having this? - Reduces clutter on the server, prevents possible confusion of referencing outdated roles. Who is it mainly for? - N/A Links to any content -
-
+ Support Chefs weren't used a whole lot, but when they were used they did add some value to RP, as event team staff used them and I saw players using them to RP as cafeteria workers.
-
+ Support Can add in a quick line to the MOTD stating he must comply with Foundation orders and requests, same and 343.
-
I don't have time to dive in to the other suggestions, but big + Support for making it a requirement that D-Class be used unless MTF are on site. If MTF are on site, it is lore friendly to use one of their own as a sacrifice to recontain 106 if they aren't able to get a D-Class.

+ Support I've seen and worked around Max on a few occasions and he's extremely active, has experience staffing with another community, he has a minor but old discipline history, a very well thought out answer to answer 16, and a well thought out answer to 15. I look forward to working with you on the staff team!

+ Support Player was clearly spamming SWEPS and otherwise minging.

RDM in Spawn by Theodore Reaper, and Fear On Duty
Rookieblue replied to [Deranking] Judy's topic in Archive
+/- Support Bad conduct on both ends, staff member using powers off duty and RDM'ing, player for interrupting training and using a homophobic slur. -
Believe me, I know that life well. At one point I was working 3 jobs at once while attending college full time. Take all the time you need Igneous, and don't be afraid to reach out if you need any help!
