There are some amazing members of this community still here that I consider friends and I do thank you all for making my year on the server in RP VERY enjoyable. I am not leaving this amazing community, rather just resigning from the roleplay side of things. Bon - You have been a great guy to serve under, and I can actually call you a friend. Rux - You actually got HCOM over me, the only issue was the cameras weren't on. Starch - You are beautiful, and will do AMAZING as the future Grand General. Test Idea: see if hurting 173 will make him more mad at a specific target amongst others. Hypothesis: I thought that 173 would not target because its just a statue with a few simple tasks in its mind. Conclusion: 173 did not target the one individual but instead it did make him what seemed to be faster. further testing will happen with larger groups and more damage from one d class. (sorry if this is bad at all its my first)

Overall your application was okay, you could have maybe put a little more down on the application. However, what you have stated is sort after in my own opinion. I agree on your final point on your first section, I too believe with great NCO's comes a great Regiment. Obviously you have prior experience, every experience I have had with you in has been a pleasure. +SUPPORT

I honestly think no demotion is necessary. A warn at most. Panda has time and time again proven to love this server and to try to help build this community. He is a pretty good person and I dont think this was a decision he made completely aware of himself. I dont think such harsh punishments like removals or 2 rank demos should be handed out because 1 lapse in judgment for idk how long should not have to result in someone losing around 4 months of progress in their battalion that is pure folly. +Support for a warn though no worse.

-Support This was already denied. We are a semi-serious RP server. This would be a pain in the ass to deal with while only adding very minimal RP. Half our playerbase probably couldn't even pass a drivers test.
