Even if the Security is refusing to escort for some reason they can still KOS a D-Class (If there are no riots and plenty of Security than they should not refuse to escort). I see what are talk about me. I try to tell you on Security. Security refusing to escort to Dr. Maynard. and Dr. Maynard cuff you leave the D-block you be KOS this is why I try to tell you. I got feeling on you it see like don't care about Security. I talk him it see like he got mad on you, he go AFK and he cool off.
