What you want to see? - A tweak and/or removal of the new rule on CI and non-combatants. Why should we add it? - I understand that there is a struggle to find balance. No one wants these “RP branches” to die out because CI constantly threaten them, but the new rule is far too restrictive on CI, and they see no advantage to it. At the moment, no one in CI (excluding sleuths and Maynard) can kill or shoot utility and we have to let them do “their RP.” In return they can’t call us out, but 9/10 times that we see utility we’ve already been called out. Furthermore, it doesn’t make sense (RP wise) to have a janitor going around on defcon 2 cleaning things. I understand that you guys are trying to “make it fair for everyone,” but this rule only hurts CI. From what I’ve heard, there was no consultation with CI command before this rule was implemented. (Yes Aleks is talking with them, but that’s after the rule was implemented). What would I like to see: a reversion to the old rule, CI won’t kill you as long as you comply and don’t do stupid things ie “holding a weapon, running away, etc.” I understand that this is a semi-serious RP server, but you have to remember that CI is a group of terrorists and war criminals who believe in killing as many as it takes (including their own) to create the perfect world/society. Let’s talk about E4, they are the most redacted unit there is. If you’re below the rank of COL and you even utter their call sign you risk termination. Why would they not be allowed to kill non-combatants. Finally, this rule is unfair because it doesn’t work both ways. Our CI non-combatant classes aren’t protected by this rule. When we try to do research you guys interfere. Imagine this, if there was a rule that stated “MTF cannot kill R&D” I bet people would find it outrageous. what you want to see?- I would like to see medbay and 173s CC (Or anywhere closer to D-block) switch places Why should we add it?- Factor1) It will be beneficial for the servers combat branches that fight in D-block (mainly Gensec) because I've gotten several complaints from Gensec that it takes too long to go to medbay to get healed so most either kill themselves or buy a medkit from armory. If we move medbay closer to D-block then things will move more smoothly between Gensec and medical. Factor 2) Another reason to move medbay closer to D-block is Gensec don't like surgeries because of the time used up by running there and also the addition of having the surgery, some say they are a chore that takes up most of their time because they take a long time to do, this could be negated if the distance between D-block and Mebay was shortened and this would make surgical and surgeries more appealing due to the influx of gensec going there because of the shortened distance Factor 3) One Final Reason to move medbay closer to D-block is the current position medbay is in right now, medbay currently is one of the primary ways of entering and exiting LCZ and HCZ which is very bad for us due to us constantly being under threat from SCPs, D-class trying to escape and most importantly CI. This behavior is a complete and utter embarrassment to the staff team. This behavior is completely unacceptable. You pretty much violated everything that being a staff member stands for. The behavior and mannerism displayed in the screenshots/video show that you are not only a terrible staff member but a liar and minge as well. The screenshots I posted earlier show just what kind of person you are, and it's honestly just nasty. If any other staff are reading this, take this as a prime example of what not to do as staff, and if you do decide to do something like this, take note of the consequence's Glock is receiving right now. He never announced anythign about an event or anything, there was WAY more bombs spawned than showed in the video, and also he often just abuses his powers and calls it an "event." Ok so, ill post my side while im here now I went to the base originally to delete some props as was requested, it was a banquet or something of the sort. I then hung around talking to zeus mainly as at the time the server was stale. I started messing with zeus mainly a small bit. Yes i BOUGHT a gun, As moderator as far as i knew im not able to spawn huns in as thats a event team or higher staff power. I was not engaging in rp at the time because of as i knew the entirety of E11 base is supposed to be off site, not in rp. Yes i was uncloaked and i killed some of them. It was a time of messing around which i shouldnt have done on duty i accept that but none of them asked me to leave told me to stop etc i watched warge build his checkpoint have fun with it yes. i did not encourage the E11 to minge, and the keycard spam was not me after waffle came into the base someone else said "keycard spam him" for his "punishment" at the time waffle said towards me "im taking screenshots for blackmail" he said if i didnt do something he'll report me. I dont remember exactly what he said as it was late at night for me, but he did repeat the "blackmailing" part a few times. While i'll accept whatever punishment comes towards me whether it be a MRDM ban, staff demotion, staff removal and restriction. In the end its not my decision and I will let the higher ups to do as they wish.

I think you guys are forgetting the fact that there were staff members on duty at the time. Me breaking a rule does not allow someone to break a blatant staff handbook rule. He told me he didnt care and to report him when I said I was recording. Hes a Senior Moderator striving to become a Admin yet he cant follow one of the simplest rules in the staff handbook?
