Do you have any other experience with staffing?: (If yes, explain). Yes, i was a donor moderator for GamingLight a couple months ago, i have 1000+ Sits with 0 False Warn or Staff Reports. I am also a Store Manager so i understand the need of a ruling system. I am hardworking and i make sure i do what i start, with respect to others. 5. What date did you start playing on the community? Not a RP Rank)? : Moderator (I am donor moderator though) 8. How many warns do you have on the server? 12(ALL INACTIVE, LAST WARN WAS BACK IN LIKE APRIL/MAY) 9. Have you donated? Yes, about $180 10. (Can be any length) I am currently a donor moderator, i have completed over 1000+ sits without any staff reports or any false warns against me. I am a trustworthy person that knows how to handle rules. I know i have been warned 12 times but i learned with every warn. Alot of those are from when i first started playing this game but now i fully understand the rules. Staff are shorthanded most of the time(i play at night alot when there are 0 or 1 admins and they are begging for another on.) The server needs more staff to make sure the minges are dealt with accordingly. People do mess up by accident and verbal warnings are needed rather than just warns. I have put my heart into this job and make sure that iv succeeded in being a good Donor Mod. This has been a really successful server and to keep it that way i think you guys need people like me to make sure this server stays non-mingy and semi-serious. Especially at night time when i play around 1AM CST, there are no staff on at all, i would like to make GamingLight roleplayable at night as well for the players that play at that time. I have shown my worthiness through being Donor Mod and would like to go up in the ranks as Moderator and so on. 15. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I would ask them to stop and ask them to explain what's wrong and if they didn't i would minge them for 2 mins then return to the sit after. if they were still cursing i would minge for a longer period of time. I would hope that minge time would help them cool down and if they kept just cursing at me and trying to shoot everywhere i would contact a higher admin so that they could possible minge/ban him for a couple hours. We can't just keep banning everyone forever because we are trying to make this server grow and some people are very mingy at first but they then realize that this server is a good place to be so they change their ways. Of course, there are many different ways of handling Mass RDM situations, but the one that works the most is usually just trying to talk to them quietly and make them realize what they have done, if they still do not learn, give them consequences more than just a warn. Knows the rules very well. Former staff member. Has experiences on staffing. Overall, Tom Brown deserves a chance on being part of the PoliceRP staff team again.
