-Support I'm not sure if there's an actual SWEP that transports 1048-A to SCP 1048. As staff, when 1048 makes his ear bear, we just teleport them over to 1048. It's simple and easy. If we tried to change his location, it wouldn't matter because keter class SCPs must stay in HCZ. They're dangerous for a reason and I'm not sure where you could put 1048-A in LCZ. Such enclosed areas would be paradise for 1048-A minges.

I'm just gonna say this: The elevator was in upper D-Block, broken and wouldn't budge. I was trying to reset it and I saw a D-Class spawning in a prop, had another D class sit on it and he was shooting people into upper D-Block with his physgun. He did not bother to call staff to say that the elevator was broken either. I brought him into a staff room, told him that what he did was not okay and that he should have called staff. He begins to speak but instantly disconnects after his model turned away.

I think the best way to handle this situation is this: Currently, the comments are divided and many are arguing whether the stairs are considered an open space or not. Because of the split in the community on this topic, I believe we should leave this to SMT to decide whether stairs are considered open space or not. It is not apparent as to whether it is or isn't so this is more about 106 rules. I do not think Boozle should receive a warning for failrp and SMT should update the rules on whether it is acceptable for SCP-106 to go through stairs. Let's try to avoid arguing about this.

Perhaps it is my charitable nature I'm in but I think we should give him a chance. Perhaps reducing his ban to a few months. If he can wait that out, I think that would be fine. However, if SMT goes by staff handbook, then so be it.
