+/-Support, leaning +Support In my personal experience, Sinnik has done well during his time as staff. He has taken a moderate amount of sits when I am on, helps out when needed and provides good insight on a variety of situations due to his High Command position and trusted staff rank. My only concern is that, similar to my response at Mini, you were given Admin on June 20th, 2020. You do not have the time that many other senior admins have but your effort and dedication is pretty . Overall, I'd be happy to have this stinky Head of staf- I MEAN SORRY HEAD OF SUCC- WAIT NO SORRY I MEANT Head of Cutie Security apart of the senior admin gang ^^.

I can understand Badaim's desire to try and fix the elevator but I believe that this is something that staff should handle, not you Badaim. You are a retired staff member and, as former staff, using the excuse of "I've seen other people do it all the time" is not valid. If his warn is removed, I'm fine with it but based off the situation alone and due to staff discretion.. -Support

Here are some of my issues with this: 1. As mentioned above, the fact that we'd have 4 MTF branches against CI. I believe this would bring an unfair disadvantage in game based on population and I fear this may bring up more toxicity. 2. I doubt SMT will bring in a Star Wars Battlefront weapon into the game since we already have Imperial RP lol. 3. What would be their main priority? Nu7 already handles SCPs, Omicron-9 deals with CI and E11 helps out with both when it turns defcon 3. Alpha-14 is a task force made specifically for 939 but Nu7 has that covered. 4. You provided a link for the enlisted units but what about the command units? With just the gun and pack, this is roughly about 42 MB already. 5. "This would benefit the server because This MTF branch will be so exclusive and unique that those in it will be looked up to by their peers." I'm gonna be real, I think this branch would not provide any real value for the server. Overall, -Support.

+Support Jack has my support because I've seen him put in the work when no one is actively on staff and he's one of the first names that pop up when someone claims a sit. Nice work chief. Hope to see more if you get promoted.

Senior Admin on SCP RP How many posts do you have on the website? 593 How often are you online on the forums? Almost everyday! Why do you believe you're qualified to serve as a Forum Diplomat? (100 Words Minimum) I believe I am qualified for Forum Diplomat because of my time and experience as a staff member on SCP RP. The rank of senior admin is achieved through hard work, diligence and being able to take on a multitude of situations no matter where they are. Handling problems like disputes on the forums, a place where staff should be active on anyways, should be something within my power to do with ease and efficiency. A few months prior, I was also Vice Commander of a combat branch so being able to help with issues that come up is very normal for me. I am typically on the forum most days of the week and I usually like to keep my eyes on certain posts that may bring arguments into the discussion. I am relatively decent at calming other players down as well using a bit of comedy so I'm hoping that edge will make me a good diplomat. Would you consider yourself to have good judgement? If so, please describe a situation that required you to pass make a difficult decision? Over the course of my staff career, I have performed many sits during my time on SCP RP and they all tend to blur at this point. However, I know that in every situation that I had to handle were done with the upmost effort to resolve the sit in a clean and peaceful way. There are many moments where I have the choice to enforce the rules with a warn/ban or speak with players in a private 1 on 1 and usually, it's the latter. Instead of causing a problem to persist for one side, I do my best for both sides to come together in mutual understanding. How would you deal with a situation where a user is spamming the shoutbox due to getting banned from one of our servers? First, I would probably delete the messages (If I can) and speak with the player on what the situation was. More than likely, I will direct him to the ban appeal area on the forums for the specific server he was banned on and ask him to fill out the appeal if he wanted a chance to be unbanned. If they continue to spam, I will go to my superiors and report the situation immediately. How would you deal with a situation where two users are aggressively arguing with each other in a warn appeal? If two users are arguing over a certain topic, I would hide any post that I believe presents toxic behavior. I would then "@" both players and ask them to kindly stop arguing in the discussion area. If they continue, I would lock the post and report it to my higher ups.

-Support I'm sorry Ash. Seeing you in-game, you're great and fun to be around but I don't think you have the maturity to take on the role of Operations Supervisor. You minge at times that seems inappropriate for such behaviors.

I believe this is based on one's perspective of the situation. While as staff members yes, we should intervene, I do not believe that we are the only ones that can take matters such as these into our hands. If GENSEC are attacking one another, I think defending each other is valid.

I understand weapons a little more than most medics you will ever see due to my long time combat experience as high command in MTF Alpha-1 and MTF Omicron-9. When it comes to the safety of others, I am a good candidate for protecting them with my life since it was one of my main jobs in a past life. My vigilance and keen eye to spot most hostile forces has been honed and I can react quickly to any situation that confronts me. You see an MTF E-11 CPL at 27% health running away from a fight. Just as you start to examine his condition, an MTF A1 Captain comes up to you and asks you to help them fend off the CI. What do you do? Pfft, Alpha-1 got removed (BIG SAD) but I would probably tell the Alpha-1 Captain that, as a Medic first and foremost, I will heal the CPL first. No matter if they get upset at me for not helping, I have my priorities and they have theirs.
