Dear Reader, Hello and a pleasure to meet you all! Who am I, you may be asking (probably not cause who the hecc cares)? I am Rektify and I'm your local Senior Admin located in the SCP-RP server. I started in this community nearly 2 years ago (whenever I made this weird post) and it has given me a brand new insight in how I work with fellow members of the community and my daily life. +Support Sparkle definitely deserves to be a senior moderator in my eyes. When I hop on the server, I see Sparkle take the initiative many times (first one taking staff sits, flagging onto administrative jobs, always trying to help out) and he is quite friendly. He handles his sits relatively well and, if he continues to put in the work like he does now, I can see him reaching admin in no time!

+/- Support, leaning +Support -I haven't had a bad experience with you or a good experience so I'm unsure. -Q15 is quite nice to read, putting your negative side out there -With that being said, however, I worry if it will affect how you staff but I'm willing to see. Q16 is a bit short and could have been more in-depth on how you would handle the situation. Highly advise that you go to an admin first to have the Mass RDM'er banned for a week. As stated previously, while you lack experience, I believe giving you a chance might be worth it. Good luck.

-Support -Q15 barely hits the required length but that's alright -Q16: You cannot kick or ban as a trial-moderator which brings up a concern on whether you read the staff handbook fully. -I have never seen or had the chance to interact with you yet so I'm unsure. -The fact that you have been trial-moderator on multiple different servers raises a concern as to whether you would make a good, long-term staff member. -Only 1 forum count

Lmao, you really wrote this all out I wanna give this a +/- Support because, while what Inaccurate said is quite fair, GENSEC (specifically their CC that look like power rangers) are able to take on CI and compete with them in LCZ/D-Block. I've seen them obliterate whole squads of raidy boys, which use to be nearly impossible for GENSEC. A buff on the falcon would be an interesting approach to try and combat against GENSEC's new goon squad.
