+Support I've seen you around a bit and with you being ET and command positions, you have some trust built in. App responses are pretty good as well. Your poll is missing from the app however.

Gosh darn it man. Sad to see you leave Maintenance CMD. Good luck in CI and heckin capture us sometime. I want more of those.

+Support It used to be 70 until early April of this year. With the reasons for the increase no longer being apparent and school starting back in just weeks, I believe we are ready to go back to 70. Sure, the D-Class problem is a thing but we accepted allowing Gensec/MTF to go into LDB for that reason.

-Support We are an RP server not a Breach server. If we allowed SCPs to continuously breach without a sufficient break, RP would become near impossible.

+Support Sinnik worked very hard to make this as sound as possible. The weapon stuff can be worked out but lets not throw out an entire concept without trying it out first. The SOP looks very balanced for its intention and takes the load off of MTF for some of the LCZ issues. Also gives incentive to be active and tryout so they can out and about.

-Support While you probably should've been notified that the ban was being handed, that doesn't change our zero tolerance policy on such remarks and they really have no place on a GMod server. Wait out the rest of the week ban and show better.

Yes please! The last thing we need is panic of this being an issue especially if we start to push 100+. If this addon can handle itself, +Support I absolutely would love it over the cluttered scoreboard we have now.

-Support While your app is sorta okay, you definitely need some time on the forums and make yourself known to the community. Make an introduction, reply to what you think on some suggestions, and make yourself generally known. Once you feel you've established a good post count, come back and remake the app.

MAJOR +Support This guy right here is who I want to see become JMT. Always supportive, always leading, and always making a difference. Conducts himself extremely well, gives constructive feedback, and is just generally a nice person. I have no doubts in my mind that he can be trusted with the power of Super Admin.

+Support These are definitely not isolated incidents. He clearly has the intent to lie to get away with their actions. IIRC I took on the sit regarding the throwing knives and ended on a verbal due the complications of hearsay and no previous record. I believe he deserves a more formal punishment.

-Support You have a very heavy history of FailRP on multiple SCPs including 106. Many members of staff have given verbal after formal warnings time and time again. I can attest to being one of them. Definitely not for no reason whatsoever.

+/- Support Regenerative armor makes sense in a way and also wouldn't cause confusion with the HP adverts. Only if it is possible to do, I think it will be a nice small buff.

I will say if you want to give personnel just a bit under their limit, that's perfectly okay. I recognize it is difficult to be exact and note this during trainings. It ultimately comes down to the personnel receiving the armor and your best judgement. IF it is possible to change it, lowering it to 10 will be best.
