+Support Has been putting in a lot of effort as of recent. Is long overdue for this chance.

I'm gonna be honest, the Mass RDM and NITRP doesn't look good for you. But understandably the racism bans were invalid as noted with the referenced appeals and the fact no warnings were issued for those offenses specifically. I'll give you the +Support on principle.

-Support The blacklists definitely weren't for the reason of "None." as the warnings you accrued speak for themselves.

We've acknowledged the issue already back in May and again, requires a map update to actually make it possible.

Has been suggested MULTIPLE times before. Will be fixed in the next map update. We can't add the keypad because of the door that is installed. If they are leaving, minging, etc., contact a Utility command member and we will go through the proper channels as necessary.

+/- Support leaning + The tower doesn't provide much of a vantage point to D-Class so it's rarely used except by those who know how to strategize. Security partial strategies are pretty well thought out. BUT it would lower the keypad to 10 seconds for pro so some trade-offs are present.

+Support Much better improvement on the app. You have proven yourself extremely well in command and in RP. I think this is the time you receive that chance.

+Support Very bold idea indeed. I really wanna see how this plays out. Seems like a perfect idea to replace the rarely used fight club.

Not to change your opinion or anything. Just setting the story straight. I was already on administration for previous sits and took the elevator sit immediately as it appeared.

-Support I don't see any real benefits for this server.

-Support What we have right now is fine and serves the same purpose.

I had a very strong feeling you would post this. So I received a sit to fix the elevator in D-block. Normal stuff with that elevator. In that process, I see a chair being flown up past the elevator with a D-Class in seat. I traced the chair to Mr. BadAim and executed the sit. His justification was that "I've seen other people do it all the time" which I felt was not valid whatsoever. He also claims "if I knew the sit was submitted, I wouldn't have done it". Seeing others violate MOTD does not justify violating it yourself. He could've called staff at that moment and let it be handled. Honestly, I'm just disappointed.

-Support - I don't see many reasons to give a gun on that job. Just to kill mingy trainees? We have other avenues to get them off the job. - Considering how easy it is to evade getting cuffed, it wouldn't make much of a difference - The room can't be locked because of the door that's installed. That will mostly likely be fixed in a map update.

+Support Comms needs to be taught early with new players. Small little teachings like this instead of the "oPeN cOMmS" spam makes more of an impression. Positive over negative reinforcement.

Seriously bro, you were the absolute best Foreman ever. High imaginative potential that outpaces me everytime. Always creating and striving. Major +Support The only communication that ever happens on that chatbox is one man spam with the occasional n word being thrown in the middle of it all. Typically, players will already be in a TS channel so communication can continue there during crashes.
