  1. Steam Name: Kleka SteamID: STEAM_0:0:114111671 Ingame Name: Klekakekabin Ban Length: 4 Days, 1 Hour (Originally 7 Days) Admin that Banned you: HOS Sinnik Reason for Ban: "Protesting/George Floyd Remarks (Behalf of Jackal)" Dispute: I fucked up. I originally was going to write this ban appeal and try come together with some argument against my ban, but instead, I'm going to admit I was wrong. However; I do not believe that a ban was just in this case. I was banned for arguing with staff members and the such, but the case was originally instigated by being muted for micspam whilst other people did the same as me -- when I made a ticket, bringing it up to the staff members, I was simply ignored and returned to my original position. Upon trying to further argue my case, or at least find out when I would be unmuted, I was ignored by staff's requests until I later drew their attention through 'minging', and a comment which they rightfully deemed a "George Floyd Remark". For context, the Class-D masses were trying to climb the elevator whilst surrendering, just for us to be gunned down at the top. I said in OOC: "they're george floyding us." That was the singular remark I made, which I was warned afterwards and happily agreed to my warn, as that was rightfully applied. Later on in the day, around an hour or so later, I was suddenly shocked to see my screen froze from being banned for the remark I was earlier already warned for without pre-warning. I would like to experience GamingLight SCP Roleplay, as SCP roleplay interests me deeply. I feel as if I was unfairly banned, and hopefully this appeal will let you understand where I'm coming from and why I'm making this argument. I strongly believe that the punishment given to me without any warning was too heavy-handed and unfairly given.
