+ Support We have had the same models for the 3 years ive been here. (With exeption to a few like command) But for lower ranks it could be better. If there are a couple of good suggestions tho.

Dont get warned anymore, most departments dont allowed people after 10-15 warns orso, if they are old most departments see that you have matured and are ready to join, same with applying for staff. Better yourself show us that you are here to play and not to minge.

+/- Support I dont think a specific job is needed, what alot of people do is go on a different non rp job and just change there job name and name and work in it. I do think some fort of food addon would be a nice addition, maybe not this one in particular but of some sorts to actualy enchance RP and use of it.

From a member/player standpoint every idea is a good idea, wich they are and everyone thinks the same so they + Support. SMT does and I know this 100% takes all the feedback in and like th3 said, later they find out its not suitable for the server, doesnt work, lags or some other issue wich is not stated. All we can do is thank them for taking the suggestion in and keep on making new suggestions for the better of our servers.

+ Support + Knows what he is doing + Always helping people + Hearth for the server +/- I do question activity a bit but thats maybe cause of time zones but he is always there when someone needs help.

- Support Its not realy needed tbh, It maybe a fun idea to make but I feel this wont improve anything on the server as in its current state.

Age is just a number - support When I was around 9 I got to staff on my very first server and I had to lie about my age to get in bc the resctriction was 12+ everyone thought I was cause I acted mature and did a good job. Its unfair to those who want to play

+/- Support leaning torwards - support. I believe the points Clamity and th3 have made are more then reasonable. Everyone has there up and down days sometimes more then the other. Only thing I can recommend for any staff is talking to the person your warning.

- Support Even for a warn report its not something I'd warn for. You made similar reports of people just bantering around about small things your making a report over. Calm it down thats all. Its something not warnable, if you want further action to be taken go to state high command.

Its not apealable, your not the only one who give us a story that they are better now and I truly believe that but if we allow 1 person dozens want in.

In the end old blacklists from SMT, especially retired *he is back tho now Can not be apealed.

sometimes if you download n addon that overrides the standart one it will do that. So finding the addon and removing it helps. If that doesnt work maybe download a normal one? Other then that idk and then google might be your option

if they were all 1 year old warnings I'd leave it but as it looks like 4 warnings in 2 days shows he is not back to learn/better himself. + Support
