I'd recommend waiting a bit longer. If you recently have been getting multiple warnings its better to wait until your not getting warned for a while. So people have better impressions on you and that you know the rules. Your able to make it in the staff team but not if they are to recent and you give other people a bad image if yourself. If negotiations are going properly without them stalling with dumb demands im fine with making a rule for it but then staff will be shot with sits about whether this was a valid demand or negotiations. Stalling it not realy warnable and is 9/10 for gov to fix and then the options we have is cancelling it. What I do if I notice it is to tell the hostage takers that if they continue im canceling it.

Like stated by mutiple respones above. Yes its fine to bring it to our attention but in the proper way. By making a staff report the people in subject can be talked to and punished if needed about the issues. This way your not calling out the whole of the Gaminglight staff team but the people its actualy directed to.

+/- Support The rue was made ages ago to have something for gov to fall back on. Sometimes you have situations where the Robber couldn't be more annoying and stalls and is minging or whatever. On the other hand, the hostage should be rescued at all costs wich I do agree with. But again the objective for crim is to rob the bank and for gov to make sure this doesnt happen. If we do this every criminal will just stall and end it in a shootout running out.

Take the time you need and if its gonna take a while just put in n LOA and take a break for a week orso or more of course and sort eveything out before joining back. Good luck and hope to see you soon

Im sure Calamity doesnt ban someone without knowing for sure its the someone he knows it is.

+/- Support For staff its hard cause if someone leave and logs dont say timed out they left knowing. Of course you cant always choose that you need to go soon but you can think about it in advance. Mostly if this happens to me I notify staf so they dont warn me and they are aware and make sure the cop arresting you knows about it correctly and that your leaving. On Sanches side he did nothing wrong.
