It was 100 % Prop Abuse and this individual is a Senior Admin, he is supposed to be lead and be good role models for everyone below. These actions don't represent the community because one slip up like this and people have the complete wrong impression on us. Even worse, this was a second report on him just shortly after the first. You don't take it out on others if you have IRL things to do. Take a look in the LOA section, about half of them are for IRL problems they are facing. That's the mature thing to do, not to take it out in game. Real life and Virtual are two different things, Munchies is right, the only thing I don't believe you did learn from your mistake. Having two reports that close to each other is unacceptable as a Senior Admin. As a Senior Admin you are one step away from JMT and you need to be trusted without supervision, we just didn't see that in the video....

I’m standing behind my ban, I remember this ban like it was yesterday. Calling me “names” is kind of an understatement due to it being all vulgar and very very unnecessary comments that you said towards me and many other people around. You were creating a massive scene while not listening to me thinking it was a big show. You weren’t cooperating with me at all and kept lying to me. So your application shows me banning you for a little “name calling” and “trolling”. You were extraordinarily disrespectful, you didn’t want to treat me with respect while talking to you, you had so many sits on you it was uncanny and we did so many things to make you stop breaking the MOTD guidelines. It as well shows in your ban appeal you aren’t here to role play in our community, you’re here to put down others and break the rules which in your words is “trolling”. I believe your ban should be kept, the application is misleading heavily and you weren’t even trying to RP. EDIT: You were banned for many things in January including Mass RDM in Spawn. You had your chance but you blew it...

After seeing this individual on the forums only, I'm going to have to give a - Support Starts to do arguments on the forums Tries to make Gaur and Fame look bad on a Warn Appeal Responds and to every response trying to start a huge string of argument on every post. In all, all of this is heavily frowned upon in the staff community.

Reason above, no other excuse with as well 3-5 reports of the situation you were causing. You went out of spawn and kept killing and shooting. No RP within the situation.....

- Support There are many lies that are pointed out in this application that led towards that conversation with Fame and then the Perm Ban from PoliceRP. You were not moving alive people in Spawn. The screenshots do have context and it shows you freezing people in the air, moving them fast back and forth, and freezing random people outside of spawn. It was not an accident what you did, if an accident happened you wouldn't be doing 10+ times. As well, you did get to say your side to Fame in the private channel but something went very wrong and you gave SMT tons of troubles. So most of this application is a lie in the first paragraph and bits of the second paragraph and that's why I'm at a -Support. If you really loved this community you would know the rules and not make your own community whilst being staff here.

These actions are what can destroy a community and as well divert new comers into the server.
