Ever since I've been on the server I have been helping lower ranked people on how the server works, rules and how to do their job better. I as well train any Cadets that are on so they can get on the streets as quick as possible, I'm not selfish by any means and I think about how those Cadets feel just sitting there doing nothing. It makes me feel bad, so I train those individuals right away like it should be. I've trained 6,7,8 people in a row (Dane can Vouch for this), and I never get tired of it. I as well think I am ready for a Low Command Rank due to my extensiveness background in Command positions in other servers in Gaminglight. For Example I'm currently a 5 Star General for the allies side on 44RP and I believe I can bring my leadership skills into PRP and bring new ideas as well. As being a Command member, you are supposed to bring ideas, make Training Guides and much more. I can do all of the above and I currently have that Mindset that I believe I can bring to PoliceRP. I am as well very active in the server and I have a good conscience of what is going on, new rules being implemented, and much more that is needed from a Low Command Member. Abusing their powers by placing glass cages on top of them, TP'ing them and putting glass cages around them, Putting Glass Cages over Health NPC in Secret Service Office, Interrupting Roleplay , Driving a firetruck while on Staff Job and crashing it towards the bank. And finally the biggest violation was lying to me about him not doing anything wrong. These actions were no way to represent the staff team. Evidence (REQUIRED): I really hate doing these but here it goes, Scenario 1 I was walking down the street when I saw through the cracks of the windows of SS, a Staff Member was putting weird glass cages on individuals from SS. I decide to spectate this individual which I soon come to figure out it was Ryan (Moderator). He kept on spawning cages on top of them for no apparent reason in front of many of the other SS members. These actions as a staff member are truly unacceptable and these actions will be stereotyped to all other staffers. Scenario 2 In this Scenario Ryan is seen bringing people onto a roof and then instantly Coning them with the Glass Cages. The evidence provided below will show the entire story. Screenshots Screenshot 1: As you can see in the screenshot, Ryan bring Admin and instantly cones him and starts spamming it when he tries getting away. Scenario 3 In this Scenario Ryan decides to get into a Firetruck to interrupt role play , which is completely against the rules and gives the staff team a terrible reputation due to it. FYI: I started the recording late, It starts with a screenshot of him starting in the EMS parking lot to the Bank wall. Last Scenario This talk was what made me do this Staff Report against Ryan. I told Billy I have evidence of Ryan Abusing, he knew about it and he said lets talk to him first. We talk, and my words were "Hey Ryan, We've been getting some reports of you Staff Abusing. Have you been abusing in anyway shape or form? Abusing the Staff Powers, Handbook or anything like that. Yes or no question" . He says "No, I haven't been staff abusing" in a weird way he hasn't ever heard it before. I didn't record that conversation because I thought that he would come clean to his actions. He didn't, I asked him one more time. He was positive that he didn't break any rules what so ever. As shown in the video clip, blatantly lying to me while I'm trying to help this individual out. Here are the screenshots below that shows him spawning in logs all these props. Proving, this was indeed him. The evidence above clearly supports my claim to Ryan spawning all these props trapping and interrupting RP. So in all, the evidence shows 4 different scenarios that misrepresent the Staff Team 1000% and the abusive power that Ryan brought upon many. Even if it's their friends and they are messing around. It's in front of many other people who play this community that can grow negative ideals about Staff. These actions should not be tolerated in Staff and his Lying to Me and Billy should not be tolerated within the Police RP Staff Team. Also, these are all in chronological order except for the !Plogs screenshots. I can prove it by the way my money goes up slowly from 45 USD per every 5 minutes or so.That's how long I've been piecing this out. Thank you for reading my report. What do you think is an acceptable punishment? Removal of Staff or Demotion. Sorry I'm harsh but when I tried talking to him with Billy. He denied all claims, I gave him a chance but he didn't want it. Billy can vouch for it, he was the one who gave Ryan a second chance but he ruined it.

Your In-Game Name: Willy Your SteamID: STEAM_1:1:76250625 Staff member's In-Game Name: Elapin What did they do? - Launching people with Stun Baton in the server instead of taking sits while being under Staff Ratio, and misrepresenting the staff team in front the entire force of SS by the Stun Abuse. Evidence (REQUIRED): I was tipped off by some random civilian that the staff member "Elapin" was being quite "Mingey" to put into terms. I decide to watch him for a good 4 or 5 minutes to make sure nothing serious is going on. I then proceed to see him teleport to the SS base to 4 or 5 people. He decides to Phys Gun someone into the street and then starts to launch the individual. A very important note, the server was at 60-70 people and we were under staff ratio the entire night (Ronin can vouch for it because he was the one taking sits that Elapin should've been taking). These actions are no way to represent the Staff Team especially in front of other people playing the server. Staff is a team where you have the privilege to help out this community and not hurt it's reputation. As it says "Jump", trying to launch him really far for some unknown reason in front of the SS. You can observe the SS vehicles parked on the right side of the street, making it valid that this was done in front of a group of people which makes the case even worse considering this puts a bad reputation for our staff team. That is no way to use the Stun Baton in any way shape or form. To prove my point that this was indeed a Stun baton, you can see the sparks on the screenshot flying off while the person goes launching to the other side of the street at high rates of speed. For the evidence portion, that about sums out the story of this scene. Those two pictures speak many words and show a clear picture of what happened. As well for the people thinking "Well if the person getting launched didn't report it then why did you?". My answer to that is the previous report I had of Elapin being "Mingey" in game and I told that individual I would look into it and I did. These actions are not tolerable as a Staff Member by any means and these actions give every other staff member a bad reputation due to this scene happening in front of many people.
