hey. So i am looking for a voice changer that i can use that is for free that is simple to download. But the problem is that i can not find a voice changer with 32 bit processor because for some reason my laptop refuses 64 bit. So if anyone could help me out by finding a voice mod with this requirements i would be so happy and thankful. I recently joined IF but i wont say much about it just that i want to be able to talk and then i need a voice mod. Post some voice mod links below pls.

ok so i want a custom car for pd do i have to have a custom class in order to get the custom car or can i just get the custom pd car and use it with any law enforcement role?
