- Support Looking through your applications, I have a couple of concerns that lead me to my decision not to support your application at this time. The first sticking point is your number of warnings. Now, a couple or even a few warnings I can overlook with time and a demonstration that your conduct has changed. However, you have 8 warnings (1 from PRP), and they seem to be fairly consistent in type, which is FailRP/Prop related. This shows that the warnings are really having an impact on you, and you're fairly close to hitting a 10 warning limit on our server. The second sticking point is your community engagement. I thank you for donating to our server, we do appreciate players that send money our way. However, despite playing on the server for quite some time, you have engaged very minimally with our community here on the forums. We generally like to see a minimum of 25 posts of some substance, to show that the staff candidate has a positive reputation with the community, and want to engage with them. I would recommend engaging more with the community here on the forums and continue to play on the server without receiving further warnings for some more time, which would increase the likelihood of at least me supporting your application.

I'll wait to give my support either way until I hear from Fear, but I'm learning in the negative so far. From the video you posted, you aren't simply traveling together, you guys are grouped up, killing D-Class together, and one of the SCPs with you is actively attempting to team with the D-Class by telling him to put his weapon away so he doesn't have to attack him. There's a difference between two SCPs happening to be waiting at the same checkpoint to attempt to break into LCZ/EZ and three SCPs actively staying together in a group.

While I respect each of the players involved in this report, I can not let that change how I would handle this situation. If I were called to a situation where multiple people were prop killing each other, especially long-time players that absolutely know better, I would issue a server warning for each party involved. While it appears that none of the staff members involved were using their powers there, I would not support issuing any strikes against their staff roles, due to them not actively working those at the time. I would, however, support RP role strikes at the discretion of the leaders of the specific branches. In short, I +Support issuing a server warning to all three individuals involved in this incident, as well as RP rank strikes at the discretion of branch leaders.

+ Support I and other staff members dealt with this individual yesterday and he was muted and minged for a significant period of time due to his conducted. Based on his actions in the video, as well as yesterday, he is showing that he will continue to disobey our community rules, and cause problems.

+ Support The video evidence is overwhelming and clearly shows this player is purposefully breaking the rules of our server repeatedly. I support a permanent ban of this player.

That's the GENSEC spawn area, which would mean that D-Class would not be able to access an armory what so ever until getting to the Entrance Zone.

I saw it used fairly often. People would go into the cafeteria and given D-Class food and such. It was also used by the even team staff on occasion.

+ Support Money isn't really a big thing in the server outside of getting weapons, and with the crafting system, it reduces the importance of money even more. Making all wages equal makes it a tad easier when updating the SCPs I think.

- Support Honestly, I just don't see a lot of utility for this change. It would require more models added in for the same job, and I don't see this being a significant beneficial change for the server.

This could solve a few problems on the server, but would only be beneficial if it saw a large number of tweaks to prevent metagaming. Additionally, this system could cause problems for events put on by the ET staff. I do remember Jet suggesting this system be implemented a long while back and it was denied then. +/- Support

You know, if we weren't already the top SCP server with 128 people, and already have a significant community, that might be an okay argument since all of the stuff is public use anyway. However, while we do continuously look for ways to better improve the server, that is not the way we would ever go about it.

As Rang said we don't need specific jobs for specific tasks.

GENSEC are already supposed to advert if a lockdown goes into effect, and when it does a staff member then activates the magnetic gates. If the staff member and GENSEC command member that calls the lockdown are able to, they could try to get D-Class to their cells before activating it, but let's be honest, D-Class would never comply with that.
