Post name: New Surface Objective "CONQUEST" (ECHO-5 Rework) What are you suggesting? - A new surface game mode that will replace the current ECHO-5 raid. How it works: In this new game mode you will dominate the surface by controlling three points of interest on the map. These POI's are ZONE ALPHA (Pirate ship lake), ZONE BETA (Abandoned town), and ZONE CHARLIE (Chemical facility aka ECHO-5). These are the GREEN ZONES on the map. RED ZONES are safe zones. These zones contain spawn areas. No one can shoot into or out of the red zones. ONCE YOU LEAVE THE RED ZONE YOU CANNOT RE-ENTER THE ZONE!!! Each zone will take 15 seconds to capture. Zones cannot be captured when an enemy is within the zone radius. If a enemy enters a zone being captured, the zone will pause capturing until only one faction is present within the zones radius. Once the enemy is removed from the zone, the zone will resume being captured. When a faction captures a zone that faction will begin to earn points. The faction with the most amount of points at the end of the time limit will be victorious and earn the reward (up to SMT). Who can participate: Chaos Insurgency RRH E-11 With SITE ADMINISTRATIONS APPROVAL the following units can be sent to reinforce foundation forces. G9 HTF Sarkic can roam surface and terminate/capture players as usual however, they CANNOT start a raid on the Foundation or Chaos Insurgency until conquest is over. NO OTHER UNITS CAN PARTICIPATE OR INTERFERE WITH A CONQUEST!!! Raid timer and controls: Conquest can be activated by E11 or Chaos Insurgency once every hour. Each conquest event takes fifteen minutes. During a conquest event NLR from both teams are nullified. There must be at minimum ten combatant representatives on each faction EXCLUDING G9 AND HTF to start a conquest. These include custom characters and exclude AFK players on appropriate jobs. Chaos Insurgency CANNOT raid while a conquest is active. Foundation Forces CANNOT start a conquest while code black is activated or a chaos raid is in progress. How would this change better the server? - With this rework, it will give entertaining combat experience to involved players. At the moment the ECHO-5 raid has not been used frequently by either factions because it is (in my option) boring and not worth the reward. Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? If so, explain. - There are no disadvantages of making this change to the server as it eliminates a rarely used event and replaces it with a more entertaining one. Who would this change mostly benefit? - Combative branches that spawn on surface (CI, RRH, E11, and Sarkic). This is just an example of a widely used one. Side note: Obviously this is a suggestion meaning lots of components can change such as time limits, rewards, units involved, etc. My main focus is the event itself as I want it to be as fun and enjoyable for all players involved.

What are you suggesting? - I am suggesting that, on the rare occasion that we actually get a defcon 1, there should be a minimum amount of time before the nuke goes off like 5-10 minutes, because as an E-11, it is our job to escort personnel out, and we cant escort personnel out if the nuke goes off within a minute or 2, All i am suggesting is a minimum amount of time before the nuke goes off after the defcon changes to 1, so that E11 can do their job and have fun. How would this change better the server? - This change would help the server because E-11 will get to do their job on defcon 1, it isnt a big change, but it allows for much more RP during defcon 1, all the lvl 3+ personnel are able to be escorted out by E11, allowing the feel of an actual nuke happening and the importance of actually getting to the surface alive Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? If so, explain. - I dont see that many disadvantages, except for the fact that there will be people wanting the nuke to happen immediately Who would this change mostly benefit? - This change would benefit E-11 the most, because like i said many times, E-11 gets to actually do their job on defcon 1 and escort lvl 3+ personnel out to the surface, it would also benefit the rest of the people playing as foundation members because they would feel like they need to find an E-11 to take them to the surface as fast as possible while avoiding all dangers, instead of just running around waiting for the nuke to go off after constantly dying by the threats

What you want to see? - I want to see SCPs able to break gate a or b Why should we add it? - We should add it so E11 if there on surface they can capture it and bring it back into the foundation then just waiting at E11 base on defcon 4. Also certain SCPs should be able to break gate B for example SCP-076-2 and bigger SCPs breaking Gate A example SCP-682 What are the advantages of having this? - E11 will have more things to do on surface and SCPs can get out of the foundation without having MTF open it or be taken out. So yesterday I was looking at the E-11 (Nine-Tailed Fox) roster,to see what was there about me,Windows/Win. And well…It was normal,but something got my interest,a guy who was active and he was playing as E-11 since February of this exact year,he was 9 months on this job! That's amazing,you'll say,and i've played with him,he does his work pretty well! But...The only problem is that he's a PVT since February,he does his work perfectly,he's active,but he didn't got a single promotion in all of that time! Isn't that weird? It is,at least for me,if you tell me "He was catched minging and..." bla bla bla...I would believe you,yeah but he was a PVT. He would get demoted instantly,it doesn't make sense,so if someone knows why that happens,please tell it to me,it's very unfair for him.

What you want to see? - E11 Specialised Breacher job. This job could have items such as satchel charges and a shotgun / close range oriented loadout potentially another model Why should we add it? - One job we don't have is a breacher. Since we do a lot of quick response which is often up close and personal. What are the advantages of having this? - Fits our job role as well as combat type the best since we do a lot of close quarters breaching and clearing Who is it mainly for? - Enlisted and officers in E11

What you want to see? - I want to see that E11 can enter Facility when any SCP breaches no matter the Category it’s in due to e11 role is to re-contain the SCP’s And only having E11 to enter on Defcon 3 is kinda Against lore on what they are used for, also it would give e11 more of a reason to stay on the job and will make it more enjoyable for all. Why should we add it? - it will open more RP situations and will make the department more enjoyable and will help the activity of its personnel and this will also keep true to the departments role in containing SCP’s instead of dealing with D class and breach’s at the same time What are the advantages of having this? - adds more rp and keeps true to the lore of E11 Who is it mainly for? - Everyone Links to any content- N/A
