This is not a staff report, its a complaint so there's no need of + or - Supporting. Quaked is a moderator but his Forums name isn't Quaked so idk how to tag him sadly. Hopefully another staff member can inform him of this post.

Warn was valid, & we talked about it in chat so please do not say you didn't know. We had 3 class 3 firearms and a cop as a hostage we were leading him into bank, then you opened fire (Fail RP you didn't even let tac units arrive or anything) and lost a fellow supervisor of PD. Also, you did not ask us to put it down until you already had opened fire. And we had adverted kidnapping, he had not became a hostage yet, but we do have a gun at him so it is classified as a hostage due to the fact hes tied up. I also do not believe that a screenshot of the warn is valid enough evidence. -Support

+Support With the return of Mika and Hannah, the only point of this appeal is the name. She likes having "Yuki" at the end of their name, its not the old leader, its not ALL the old members or anything. -Support Firstly, I don’t like when people request a different staff member due to that staff members ranking or experience with staffing. They’re doing their job & they know what they’re doing. They are staff for a reason. Then, he’s had multiple problems with you throughout the day, so he knows what punishment should be dealt, you simply want a different staff member that doesn’t know about your previous actions that day. As Duramax said, you’re in no right to god check someone, and you didn’t simply hit them to “god check” As you said, you wanted a different admin, so this is an immature way to express yourself. In my eyes, the war is valid and well deserved.

-Support T-mods are almost always promoted at staff meetings. Activity is a major issue if you’ve been a T-Mod for over a month. I’ve never seen or even heard about you.

-Support He can tell someone not to do something, he is staff. Evidence doesn't show him switching over. He didn't hand a punishment or anything, all he said was not to do something. You're interupting him, he can physgun you. Telling someone how they messed up or not to do something is NOT a sit, its him trying to help you not make a mistake. He even clearly said it wasn't a sit. No physgun abuse was used, you interupted. He might've forgotten to cloak but i don't think thats worthy of a strike, And theres no evidence of him taking his own sit & he didnt even administrate a sit he clearly just told death not to do something again.

I do believe there is a few other admins that are more active that could fit the position, when i used to see you ingame i didn't see you on staff too much either. -Support I don't never heard of you or ran into you Seems fairly new to community, New forums account. Sorry dude, i've never heard of you or even seen you in any platforms, i dont know if this is because of activity or not, I honestly think you should improve activity a bit.

-Support reasoning: Let me just throw in a few clarifications due to the altercations that are occurring in these feedbacks. Phil is not a a King, therefor he can take the sit. Logan was brought to the sit, did not say anything at all and wasn’t questioned, I had requested Phil to bring him because he was involved but he wasn’t needed. Andrew has requested to bring Garry as a witness, but staff aren’t supposed to take witnesses so he wasn’t brought. Andrew was not on FBI, he was on SWAT, he didn’t ask for ID or anything of that form, he knew I was a king (METAGAME) and acted upon that. Andrew was also the only LEO that had tried to detain me, the other ones there I was actually talking to when Andrew ran out and proceeded to try to detain me, without even knowing that I was talking to the other people. No one on scene (IN ROLEPLAY) knew that I was a king except for Logan. Logan didn’t speak or anything to me, so again no one knew I was a king and Andrew acted upon so. @Aaron Hotcher is claiming that Andrew and Phil has beef. The sit wasn’t biased in any way or form, Andrew has previous warnings for Fail rp, Phil did his job and he did it right. I believe you are just saying this to make this appeal go more into Andrews favor. I believe that this sit was fair to all parties, he got punished fairly, and I also believe that the earn is valid. If I was in Phil’s shoes and I had claimed this sit, I would’ve done the same thing that he did.

I don't think you should be getting an i5 tho, especially on a custom build with a GTX 1070.
