+Support He had a really bad week upon ban. Everyone makes mistakes, he was an amazing admin who helped as much as he could, and he did keep a lot of people / minges in check. I believe he has learned his lesson, and on top of that he has left the previous community. BUT i do believe if he came back that he should be freshly restarted just so his punishment did have an impact on him. Like he as to get retrained for departments & all.

I literally asked if my family was being arrested, didn't announce who i was, or even if i was related to them. +Support Whilst being command for him in a department i've realized that he is very mature, respectful, and active. Yes 28 warns is alot, but everyone does make mistakes (Even if they make that same mistake 28 times) Most of the warns he might not be able to appeal so they stick with him, i do not believe that it should hold him back from getting a position on the staff team because he can prove that he's now a better person, and that hes no longer mingy, and he can fix his reputation in this community.
