Not gonna argue in a post, feel free to pm me. But he rather make a post saying he wants to resign, and saying he has evidence but he doesn’t want to go thru the hassle of uploading it, he doesn’t go talk to SMT or anything of that sort, instead he makes a post saying he wants to resign without mentioning names, evidence, or even talking to SMT about the situation.

I’ve had no altercations with him prior to the staff report, I’ve made this report after seeing these actions on the forums myself.

I didn’t request for you to get striked, that’s for SMT to decide. And calling SMT biased is NOT the way to approach this situation

Understood, but I’m allowed to make a staff report if I feel as if it’s necessary, also I put was “I feel as if he should be spoken to” obviously what happens is up to SMT, and I feel as if this issue is suitable for SMT, I know to follow the COC but instead of bringing it to anyone in particular I made a staff report. And to everyone above me, the post is literally titled “Do people have a problem with me being staff?”

Evidence (REQUIRED): So firstly, this post he made in staff discussion is violating the staff handbook, he should've spoken to SMT about this. He made a post saying he's considering resigning. What do you think is an acceptable punishment? I want him spoken to at least, this is kinda embarassing as a staff member.

+Support Firstly, Cheeto you shouldn’t be arguing in this post “cool, still my discretion” be more mature about it, give your feedback then let others give there’s, dont continue to argue in the comments, it proves immaturity & is kinda embarrassing to the staff team in general. Then You should’ve let the Sit RP out, instead you make it look like you been waiting for him to mess up by grabbing him instantly, this makes me think your discretion is a bit more biased towards this player. You adverting jailbreak is just so they know why you’re shooting the cops, so that’s understandable, even tho it’s not a jail break, it’s a simple misunderstanding, he simply adverted it so they wouldnt call him for RDM. Whether you see it as Cop bait or not, he’s giving gov a heads up he’s about to break someone out of police custody.

I think your Support application should be denied do to activity issues.

-Support Wasn't familiar with rules whilst previously staff. Mingey off duty Broke some rules today alone. I honestly believe you are not fit to be a part of the gaminglight staff team, you've proved to me today that you have not improved at all since my last altercation with you.

-Support I mean he said it's a desert eagle, it shouldn't be a warnable offense. Chiken wasn't even the one who opened fire, also i don't think the evidence is valid, he can be RPing as a crazy person for all you know.

I would love to be apart of the gaminglight forum diplomat division once again, I was removed for failure to respond to role call (Sadly, I missed it by about 20 minutes.) Whenever I was on i'd try to help with any issues I or someone else was encountering. I overall love being a part of the gaminglight community, and i love to help in any way that i can. Whilst i was a part of the division I didn't abuse my powers in any way or form, I just tried helping keeping Gaminglight forums as clean as possible & also helping whenever its needed. I always try to keep up to dfate with everything going on in the community, and on the forums. I believe that i was a great asset to the forums diplomat team, i feel as if im pretty active on the forums and that i deserve another shot. Would you consider yourself to have good judgement? If so, how? Yes, I believe i am genuine due to the fact i feel bad for people at times and i also try to put myself into their shoes, How would you deal with a situation where a user is spamming the shoutbox due to getting banned from one of our servers? First, I'd ask him to calm down, and i would proceed to hide his messages. Then i'd send him a Private message asking him not to spam shout boxes, I would also provide a link to ban appeals, and staff report section, telling him to make sure to use the correct formats for the both. If this all doesn't work, ill continue to hide his spam whilst I get into contact with SMT.
