-Support 16days as LT..... Increase activity LT is the starting phase of command, honestly i think you should be LT at least a month before going any higher. You are still brand new to command and there is a lot you need to learn still(and i was in your same position). You're doing a good job so far just keep it up and look to your higher ups and see what you can improve on before going up in the ranks. Going from LT to CPT is a big jump, you can host your own meetings and there's a lot that goes into that. Make sure you are fully comfortable with every aspect of the meetings. basically just shadow your higher ups and it will help you further develop your skills and make you ready for the rank of CPT.

I would love to be a part of the form diplomat team because it would give me something else I can do to help out the community, I love and take pride in being a staff member along with being part of the support team, as a member of the forum diplomat team I would moderate chat along with checking as many post as possible, thus making me more active on the forums and interacting with the community more. I read the mission statement and it seems like something I’d excel in and love doing. Would you consider yourself to have good judgement? If so, how? I consider myself to have great judgment because I’m always non bias. I made sure to listen to both sides before I make a decision. I’m very aware of what’s right from wrong. I work for my local police department, my job requires me to have great judgment in certain situations I believe I can transfer those skills to being a forum diplomat always doing the right thing to have a great judgment and confident with what I feel is necessary How would you deal with a situation where a user is spamming the shoutbox due to getting banned from one of our servers? First I would hide any spammed messages, Next I will personally message the person telling him that they cannot spam chatbox. Being sure to be respectful. I’d then inform them how they can appeal a ban with providing links. At the end of it I would make sure they have no questions or anything in regards to the situation.

Yes Permission(Not required If applying for Lt-Cpt): N/A Why should you be promoted? : I’ve been part of the Rockford Police Department command over six weeks, In these six weeks I have really developed and furthered my supervisor skills. I am more capable of handling complicated situations. Just yesterday I dealt with this scenario where a SGT and LCPL were trying to set up an OFC to get him in trouble, after further investigation I found that the Lance Corporal and Sergeant were lying. Both were demoted down to OFC based on the severity of the situation. I am always on putting in at least four hours a day. To this day I still train cadets, I love training and shaping everyday citizens into amazing officers. I am very friendly to everyone always willing to help and correct issues within the department, I constantly ride with CPTs and higher to see how they handle situations and do things. I believe this further helps me improve my leadership skills.
