  3. Name:Chad B SteamID: STEAM_1:0:66578410 Current rank: Sergeant Major How long you have been in your rank (The rank you currently are) : 2 weeks (3 weeks as of 9/23/18) Rank Wanted: Lieutenant How many warns do you have? 0 Do you have a Working mic? Yes Permission(Not required If applying for Lt-Cpt): N/A Why should you be promoted? : I’ve been part of the Rockford police department for about ten months now. I've been a Sergeant Major for a little over 2 weeks which doesn't seem like a lot but I am on PD for 6+ hours everyday so i'd consider my experience and time up to par. Every day I've served my community to the best of my abilities always improving and exploring new ideas and ways to handle situations. I believe I deserve a shot at Lieutenant because I go above and beyond the expectations of a sergeant major. I take passion and everything I do from little stuff such as traffic stops all the way to training and meetings. Every day when I get on duty I make it my goal to be a role model and a leader for my fellow officers. I always step up and volunteer to train new cadets. I take great pride in training, it is the foundation of becoming a great officer. I make sure to go thoroughly through every aspect of training never missing anything my usual training goes as such: equipment, proper use of equipment, radio 10 codes, weapons and tactics, role play skills, proper radio etiquette, department policies, along with a 20 minute ride along(when I can). Little things like going above and beyond for training is just part of the little things I do for the department. Currently I am trying to collaborate with Sergeant Major Finch on how to improve police training and add more structure to it. During my average day on patrol I deal with countless scenarios and various people. I always maintain a calm demeanor being respectful to all. I take innocent until proven guilty very serious. If I arrest someone it’s because I have beyond reasonable doubt that they’ve committed that crime. I always take the time and effort to properly roll play out any situation for example on traffic stops. I properly call out on the radio and then approach the vehicle introducing myself and the reason for the stop. I always asked for ID and run the plate on the car, little things like this I feel are lacking in that department. I would like to do my best to increase and improve the role play interactions between police and the community. I believe this will make it more enjoyable. Along with new training guidelines to make sure that every new officer is properly prepared to handle most situations being fair and honest to all. As a lieutenant I know I would be limited on my power and influence within the department but I will push for more advanced and structured cadet training. Along with training sergeants on how to properly train cadets. As a member of the Rockford Police Department command I will uphold my duties and responsibilities and assist anybody and everybody. I am very friendly and willing to work with anybody that needs help that’s part of the reason I wanted to be staff. I will help with PD meetings and bring new ideas to the department along with being a role model to all. You agree that complaining or breaking any rules put down by High Command will result in your complete removal from PD Command(Yes/No): Yes

  5. ^ the longer video i have shows you flying around for like 1min after not doing anything
  6. https://streamable.com/qb4wt This shows that Milip does not handle calls at all, I had at least 2 players complain about and admin not doing anything in a sit. Milip asked me if i could handle staff on my own i told him yes because there was only about 40 people online and it was slow. after 10mins he was still on staff as calls where coming in...at that time he was flying around (i was spectating him) this happened about 3 times until i started recording. i told Vokis about this he told Milip to handle his calls or get off. he then handled one call it was unclear if he did anything i was spectating at this point ( i was handling calls) i wanted to record how he handled his calls so i recorded and saw after 6+ calls he finally took one (Before this he was just flying around not doing anything) the video shows how he "handled" the call. with all this i don't think milip should be Mod. I believe he presents the staff in a bad light not handling calls and being unprofessional
  7. It was a misunderstanding, It really sounded like he was saying he was a mod upon further review of my recording i can hear master mind. I apologized for the misunderstanding
  8. -support, the reason being is the toes I think this was completely inappropriate and uncalled for, the last of evidence of a “broken” headset toes there’s no actual proof
  9. Your In-game:Chad B Your SteamID: STEAM_1:0:66578410 The admin's name in-game: Nolan The admin's steam name (If you know it): not sure What warning did you receive: "Test" Evidence of the warn (REQUIRED): Why do you think this warn was false: Its a test and i did not break any rules. Any extra information: i want it removed because i want a clean record and i hate seeing it. I honestly don't know what the point of a test warn is.
  10. I love this guy, such an amazing officer and great supervisor
  11. Name:Chad B SteamID: STEAM_1:0:66578410 Current rank: Sergeant Major How long you have been in your rank (The rank you currently are) : 4 days Rank Wanted: Lieutenant How many warns do you have? 0 Do you have a Working mic? Yes Permission(Not required If applying for Lt-Cpt): N/A Why should you be promoted? : I have proven to this department that I go above and beyond the call of duty, I am probably with in the top 10 active officers giving about eight hours each day. I constantly train and promote cadets especially at night time when there’s nobody available. I go above the minimum requirements for training I watched some other sergeants train and honestly they get pretty lazy. All my cadets learn how to properly use all the equipment given to them along with 10 codes and proper radio etiquette. I also run them through scenarios and teach them how to properly handle various situations. I am always friendly and willing to help anybody that needs it. I answer questions and help out with various things throughout my shift. I would like to say I am known as a positive and helpful leader within the department. The reason I would like to join command is because I believe exceed all expectations of Sergeant Major, i’m always looking for new ideas and new ways to improve training. Currently I’m putting together a program for advanced training for senior patrol officers and above i will bring this up to high command. It will go more in depth into tactics and handling situations. Eventually I would like to have a class to teach sergeants and above how to be a good supervisor and what to do in certain situations. I know I’m relatively new to sergeant major but I’ve been Sergeant plus for over three months. I never except minimum standards. I want to be known as that officer that goes above and beyond no matter how small the issue is. Being a lieutenant would only give me more ability to help the department. I would love to assist in police meetings. I know there’s times where they have training after the meetings to help increase people’s chances of promotion. There was this one traffic stop scenario and I blew everybody out of the water. I exceeded the expectations of my supervisors and helped new officers with how to handle a traffic stop. I take being a police officer very serious. I am always professional and respectful to everybody. When I am the highest rank online and make sure to set a good example to all officers and I make it well known that I’m here to help no matter what the problem is. Furthermore I always respect my command I am very respectful and listen to the orders of my supervisors. I recently joined dispatch because I wanted to go above and beyond and help the department. I’ve already had about seven hours on dispatch and I would say I’ve kept the department well organized and properly dispatching units to certain calls. With all this considered I believe I have exceeded the expectations for a lieutenant and I believe that I deserve the rank. You agree that complaining or breaking any rules put down by High Command will result in your complete removal from PD Command(Yes/No): Yes
