Well its been fun kidnapping janitorial and making them clean random stuff up or making from run a bar or having them fight in the gladiatorial ring and of course my personal favorite the blind dates. Here's the thing. 1 mass D-Class riot can completely shut down multiple branches RP. Medical: Medbay could be in lockdown, completely ending their RP until it is safe to unlock it. Tech/Jan: Makes it unable to be safe in LCZ, D-Class often kill them shutting down their RP Research: Takes away Research's ability to do tests, giving them nothing to do. Gensec: Puts their entire focus on D-block. During this, they can't do things like patrols, guarding armory/medbay, or escort research. They will also die a lot, keeping them in bunks more than keeping LCZ safe. Overall, D-Class riots kill RP in LCZ. A new rule was put in place for Gensec as well, keeping no more than 6 guards in D-block when possible, while the others will be out patrolling/guessing other areas. Making it easier for D-Class to kill RP in LCZ I'd not something I'll support. If you would like to debate more on the issue, I would prefer if we take it to pms, as I don't want to argue on/clutter this suggestion

Why should we accept you in Omicron-9 Command (150 word minimum): During my time in A1 and Omi9 i have seen many problems in the branches, the main problem that A1 suffered and now omi9 is now going through is inactivity, branches go through this all the time but Omi9s inactivity has been going on for a long while, even before omi9 A1 was really inactive towards the end, one of the main reasons that i believe that omi9 is inactive is there is nothing to do, the only task that you are able to do during a defcon 4-5 is assist inside of dblock which is almost impossible in off hours due to the lack of non afk d-class. This problem effects a lot of branches but i believe it effects omi9 the most, unlike other branches Omi9 has no Role play, we are assigned to patrol and assist in dblock. while Nu7 can feed SCPs and escort research tests. dealing with SCPs is our last priority and there a lot of downtime where CI are not raiding and Dblock is under control. with so little to do it is understandable enlisted dont stay long and people who get above enlisted stay inactive for large periods of time. a problem with our lack of role play is there isn't very many ways to fix it but we could try some ideas. a idea that is close to this is to have omi9 guard areas where CI frequent during raids, like setting a few omi9 combat medics inside of medbay to assist with rolls with surgeories and call out and kill CI or Dclass that go near medbay.

+support Kami is very nice and approachable, with is a necessity for any command rank. She is competent in her skills and was shown when she was HOR and DHOR on CI RnD. What I've seen is that she turned around a non-existent RnD and made it something many of people enjoy and actually strive for when joined CI. She is very Rp oriented but even for a combatant branch RP can be a very nice escape for some and can make things a lot more interesting for combatant branches, just like a combatant is good a non-combatant branch, a little RP is good for a combatant branch. As seen with her being involved the CNTN project with her peers she has shown marvelous RP skills and I know she can use that for the betterment of this branch, espacially as she will use her own spin on it and morf it to something that many can enjoy. As seen in the past she did leak a certain chat she wasn't to but she has grown from that and has learned from her mistakes. As others have used as a reason to +support it is shown how she has again learned and has grown as a person. I don't see any reason not to give her a chance, espacially as she has a chance to show something new to this branch with her outstanding RP skills and work that can honestly change the way people think about combatant branches.

Presentation: 18/20 I believe you could've added a few pictures here and there, however the overall presentation of the document was rather nice. Writing: 30/40 The log has some length to it, however I'd like to see some more. I don't count "I have read multiple logs/articles about how 035 could leave his targets braindead." as background research. Overall, this test needs a lot of working on. The lore behind the log doesn't make sense whatsoever.

(At least 300 words): When I read this question I realized that there was so much that could be said to answer this question. I could point to my experience, my dedication, my drive, how funny I am and how trustworthy I am. (I can’t confirm that the last two points are true, but I like to think that they are). I’ll start off by expanding on my points listed above. I don’t want to sound like I’m bragging, but I’ve been here for awhile, and I’ve filled many positions: I’ve led branches, I’ve staffed, etc. What I’m trying to say is that I’ve been here almost as long as Igneous, and I remain dedicated. I know I’m writing this application as a joke, but I’m also writing it in honor of a friend and mentor, Mike, so (and this might sound crazy) I’ve rewritten this thing about eight times so far. That’s a great show of dedication, lol. Anyways time to continue, I strive to be the best. Most of my drive comes out of spite, which a lot of people will tell you is a bad thing, but my goal is to be number one, and I want to help as many people as possible. When I say that I’m driven by spite, I mean that others telling me I can’t do something only makes me want to do it even more. When I started CI, I would raid the foundation as a single person, and everyone would tell me your branch will never grow, we’re too strong. I didn’t listen (yes weird flex, I know). I like to think that I helped turn it into what it is today, I can’t claim credit for all of it though because many people, better people than I am, have passed through CI and done so much more than I could even claim I’ve ever done. (At least 150 words): This is a nice question, my policy on being high command is that we’re now the administrators, not the people whose job is leading the enlisted. We deal with issues between command and help out command/branch leaders, but we shouldn’t step in. Similar to laissez-faire economics, we need to be hands free until we don’t need to be. There is no perfect method, but I believe that giving branch leaders, who know their branch members, more breathing room will allow the branch to grow. I, of course, will always be there for people who need me. (I’ve never been much of a stickler for people violating chain of command to speak with me, unless I request that they don’t). So, to quickly recap because I need more words, I will be there for the foundation and branches when they need me, but I will give branch leaders breathing room. I will also oversee people such as the (D)SD to make sure that they’re doing their jobs properly. In my system, which is what we kinda have currently, branch leaders manage the branch, the SD’s manage the Directors, and the O5 steps in where they’re needed.
