Yes Permission(Not required If applying for Lt-Cpt): N/A Why should you be promoted? : I believe I deserve the rank of LT because of all my hard work and dedication to the PD as a Sergeant Major. I have put endless hours into my job on the police force. If I do get promoted to the rank of LT, I would be able to help my fellow police officers even more than I do currently as a Sergeant Major. I will try my best to make sure that the lower rank of the PD are well trained and know what to do in all situations they face on duty as a police officer. I am always active in-game, on the forums, and in TS. I have trained many cadets in my time as a SGT+ and I train them to be the best police officer they can be. I will make sure that the newer police officers know what they are doing and I will make sure they do their job effectively as a police officer of the Rockford City. Since I'm staff, I know how to handle people that get on police just to mine. I will make sure none of the police break the rules we are expected to follow while on duty. I'll be super active as a police LT and will be on at least 1hour a day. I will make sure the new officers are in TS and are active ingame and keep them in tip-top shape. If their are cadets that need training I will hop off of any job im on and help train the new cadets. I will carry out my duties as a LT very effectively and make sure everything is in order in the PD. I have a lot of patience for other players since I am staff, I've had to deal with a lot of minges or people that dont quite know the rules or understand how to play. In all, I think I will make an amazing Lieutenant in the Rockford City Police Department. This man is extremely arrgoant however, An extreme super mega ultra cat munching +Support is truely in order. Very, very, very Active Mature Respectful Understands Values within the Dept. Gives the good succ in training (good trainer) Has a solid understanding of the rules. Wears deodourant and brushes teeth twice a week. NOTE: This is a bit of a meme but overall a huge +support, Felix does a magnificent job as SM and I only see it fit that he take on the position of Lieutenant to further the department and really develop it in many aspects.
