(150 Word Minimum) I feel like I should become admin because I have had a lot of experience on the server with staffing and I believe that I have the maturity and knowledge to achieve the next rank. I have put a lot of time and effort into this server. Whenever I come home from work I go straight onto the server and help staff whenever needed and I make sure that the ratio is being filled. As a Senior Moderator I think I am very experienced and qualified for this role. I consider myself a role model for all the ranks below me and the community members to, I think of myself as a friendly player in the community who is fun to be around and I think my friends of the community do to. As a staff member at the rank of Senior mod you would expect at least 1 staff report but I have not yet received a single one and that right there proves my knowledge of the staff handbook and my friendliness in sits. Reasons why i think i deserve this rank Im Mature Im a Good Rolemodel care for the community Im active Im well known I havent had a single staff report (Shows i follow the staff rules and handbook) How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I would firstly calm them down and try to have a civil conversation with them if that doesn't work then I will gag them and explain what they did wrong and what punishment shall be given I understand that sweating at staff is staff diss but I would keep that in mind till the final judgment so I do not prolong the warning depending on how bad it was depends on the punishment (racism or just mild) i would then look how many people they killed and take into mind that it was a Mass RDM case adding that to the warn before issuing it if nothing else happens i would then get a higherup staff member to give them a 10,000 second minge and proceed to close the sit

i already spoke to zeeptin about his bans look at the ban dates it was a long time ago I was curious about why he banned people when he ahd staff and he gave em an answer now remembering what he said I think that this was a long time ago and he should be given one more chance but im waiting to hear what Zeeptin says
