I'm not gonna comment on the application part, but I find this silly. The whole point of minimum 3 weeks is how long s/he should be said rank to apply to the next. If anything the minimum part should be moved up.

You can do that as SM. If you believe you are the #1 option for LT, I have bad news for you. You contacted command members and said they were wrong. Not very professional. If it rubs off then that's horrible. "If you accept me I will be active". So if you are not accepted you won't be active? Everyone wants to help. You can train already as a SM. Experience? Sure-maybe. Leadership? Gonna be a no from be. If you really want to do it, you can do it as a SM.

Based on the video, he backs out enough to be able to drive off again. Now he did pull over, but I ended up getting in a sit lasting around 20 minutes. Now again, I'm not saying he didn't pull over, but based only on the video provided it is reasonable to assume he drives off again. If he was already driving sure, but he *parks* and even when I hesitate to go forward, and eventually do, he plows right into me.

+support Being a previous supervisor in CERT, the whole "We have a plan to enter the bank/raid and save whoever" is a load of lies. Everytime tac says "tactical units are tactical because we train and have plans and yadda yadda" are just for show. Yeah sure we have training and whatnot and stack units, but once someone gets shot its a free for all. The formations break and people just run everywhere. Most of the time tac units just run in and gun the guy down. Not only that, CP are suppose to aid each other, it's usually just yelling on who has priority over the given situation and its mostly CP just fighting over each other. More tac units just cause more hassle and we all have the same abilities. If we're going to go on a "Realism" scale, SWAT IRL are allowed to pull people over. SWAT is what the name implies, Specialized weaponry and tactics. It's just PD with extra training and weaponry. Obviously if we're going to go into "but it's semi serious it doesn't matter" than that defeats the whole purpose of realism. Not to mention that CERT is just a buffed PD that is allowed to run into raids and stuff since they can pull people over anyways and have way more running speed and weaponry and armor. I'm not trying to diss on CERT or any tac units, but if we are going to be serious about it, there are so many Tac units it's just getting ridiculous. How are we gonna get rid of them is not my problem, but the fact remains is that we have so many tac that it's just getting out of hand since they all have the same goal and responsibilities.

The handcuffs have a config to release arrest on lockpick. The only issue is that it teleports you back to spawn.

+support I'm gonna go against the bandwagon and give my take on this because I was there when it happened. I was arresting an individual, who I was dragging to the jailor. On arresting said person, he was teleported inside the jail. Rando who was held in the jail cell/holding cell said "Let me in there with the pussy!". Corn who was in the room said "Not a smart thing to say in front of an admin..." and warned him approximately 5 seconds after he said it. First off, the person could not hear him say it. He was inside the other jail cells. The only person(s) who heard it were corn and myself. It was clearly said in a roleplay manner. Secondly, if the other person does not report said disser, they should not get warned for it. If someone is truly offended, they will report it. Staff should not immediately warn someone unless the other person takes direct offense to it. Let's take hypothetical scenario 1. I'm playing with my friends who have no care in the world about me calling them a name. A staff member overhears and I get warned for it. Why? The whole point of the rule is to deter people getting offended, but if I don't get offended why should I be warned/held accountable? It is clearly said in a manner that the other person knows that they will not take offense/in a joking manner In conclusion, the warning should be removed as the person did not hear it it was clearly said in a roleplay manner the person should report the disser (dissee?) if they are truly offended.

As stated before, I never ran off the building, I jumped *on* the ledge of where the other part of the spawn is. I never left the rooftop, but walked to the ledge and jumped on it. I understand that you aren't suppose to jump off the roof, or really walk far away. I was never told to not walk on the ledge, and it was not *that* far away from the original sit place. I was never told to not do it again, or to ever not do it, so I think freezing me was a bit over the top. I also like to think that I follow the rules and mean no bad intentions because I have no other warnings. Mikey was also called after the fact that I asked for another staff and was refused, so I put it in the admin chat again because you said I couldn't get him, so as I was explaining it to him I was warned as he was there and returned without me getting to explain to him or letting him ask anything. So I was returned and warned as he got there after I was refused to see another staff.

According to this logic then we should have you permabanned if you are more mingey.

I proceeded to do the usual traffic stop, when another vehicle begins to constantly ram me. I shoot the vehicle constantly ramming me and he drives away. He gets thrown out of the vehicle because the car explodes and he pulls a gun out. I kill him. This was not RDM because constant vehicle ramming is a threat to my life (even though cars do no damage). I asked a staff (but this was like months ago) and he said that it was a threat to your life and it is permitted to shoot the vehicle/person. Any extra information: the NCWS is absolutely false. During the sit I ran on the edge of the civilian spawn where the roof is and I got physgunned and frozen. I did not purposely jump off the building or anything, and I only sat on the ledge. The sit originally took place more than halfway where the ledge is, so I barely even moved that far.

I was literally named Moneybags and now im monkeybags because ghostly couldn't read lol. Anyways... Things have changed and I am no longer having fun. Everyone that I knew left. Is this where I start mentioning people? I'm gonna go ahead and say +support. realistically every Pd officer has some variant of spike strips equipped with them in the vehicle. Saying "SGT's aren't ready" is sort of silly since you can join state at LCPL. Of course not everybody gets accepted though. They are able to train people, so it seems silly "they aren't ready" to use spike strips. If it gets abused just demote the abusing officer.

-support Doesn't it say whether it times out versus disconnecting? If so then they should be able to tell. You also never mentioned anything about the failrp portion of the warn.
