Yes, I understand that. from my POV I didn't see anything bad other than gunshots that I didn't see, but both of you don't know that, so it's fine. What I don't understand is the fact that I was far away unable to arrest you with no weapon out, even talking in chat, still getting shot at. I posed no threat at the time. It could have been a different cert member just randomly getting shot at.

I can't act off wanted signs above peoples heads. He didn't do anything that I could arrest him for other than giving me suspicion of him running away. If he did do something that I saw I would have pulled my weapon out, which is why you see me scrolling back and forth between the mp9. When I ran outside the hospital there are no other officers in sight, other than that one vehicle that was already blown up. I sat there even talking in chat while still getting shot at with my keys out, posing no threat. You can't just start shooting police that go by if your wanted.

If you look at both links it shows that I'm the reporter of the other link (op of the post) and that the player will receive the warning as well as the link attached to it.

the server already has batons, but only for certain jobs (or people / aka spawnable).

I tried this out for my server a while back. Last time I checked it didn't have ELS support.

According to the t-mod its failrp/fearrp because I had the gun holstered because I put it on not safety and shot the guy. Firstly, it only states its fearrp only if you don't have a gun out, so you cannot pull one out. However, I had a gun out, it was on safety. Pistols appear like you have your keys out, so it may have appeared I had my keys out, therefore, because I had a gun out, it is not fail/fearrp. If we are talking realism, I just have to flick the safety off with my thumb and my gun is good to go. Any extra information:

+support Nobody in their right mind would cuff a staff as a malicious thing to do. I cuff staff all the time but I need to double check the names because some staff just do whatever they can to get you in trouble that its baffling. Should I technically be cuffing staff? no. Do they care and do we both find fun out of it? Yes. Honestly if they don't want to be cuffed, just tell them to uncuff you and to not do it again to them. Warning them is just stupid.

+support someone else stole my car and another gov car (marked pd) earlier as an inmate but I never got it on recording. he was in the passenger seat and did not attempt to tell him he couldn't do that. He hopped in the passenger seat both times So I guess he did it again as an unmarked camaro

This has happened today to me 3 times by different staff members all around, and honestly, I blame the interviews. we have trial moderators not knowing what NLR is, to people with only 16 hours of playtime, so having the staff tell me that I don't know the rules when it's literally set in stone. It's extremely infuriating and aggravating. I don't usually get mad and I never report people on the forums, but today was just outrageous. Today I had Logan just freeze me after I arrested a guy after he teleported to me when I was mid-arresting someone (already typing out the reason and hit jail), then I had Doge take like 30 minutes for a sit when dondi had to join the sit and take an extra 10 minutes repeating the same thing because I wanted someone demoted. So I switched to MSGT to demote someone (CoC because no LC or HC [which is allowed - need clarification?]) Doge ended up bringing the civilians car which the OFC took, and said it was ok because the civilian let him, but PD should not be taking anyone else's car. The kicker? I don't care because I made the same mistake before. The guy literally **ran when I pulled him over and exited my car**. And apparently "thats allowed" and I shouldn't be pulling people over that is gov unless your low command. Once again, I'm in a CERT car chasing a white BMW. How do I know he's an ofc? Anyways, that's my rant. Staff should know the rules and shouldn't just be doing whatever they please. Any extra information: I know I'm not the only one complaining about the new staff, and I welcome all of them. I've been in numerous teamspeak channels today and all of them have been complaining about the staff. Someone made a report, to staff bringing it to ooc, to another staff saying it to bring it to staff reports, when the staff brought it to ooc. This shows I'm not the only person with staff issues. We can only see the player reports on false warns today have increased dramatically. (other info): I included the part where I was with mikey and then I got rdmd. Nothing happened afterwards besides me asking for Lucif's steamid, to where he said he doesn't know how to get it. He also said higher staff (mikey) already talked to me so it got taken care of already, which although somewhat true, I would like something to come of it. Mikey eventually got it (steamid) for me though.

I don't usually post to the forums but here is my insight on this The MOTD is meant to be read by everyone and has the whole list of everything including rules, police mumbojumbo, and other stuff that 95% of players dont read. The other 5% do infact read it, and if the rule is not in the MOTD, how are they suppose to know its a rule? That's like punishing a kid for something you never told them wasn't allowed. Not to mention other popular servers allow demotions even with staff on so it is possible he didn't know or mistook other rules for this. All in all I think the warn is garbage because it's not in the rules and if he didn't know (because its not in the MOTD) he should have been told beforehand, and if he did it again a warn. Thats my 2 cents
