I think the ban is justified because a lot of people can make that excuse and even if what you say is true, your words can dictate what punishment you get.. not the intentions behind it. -Support I've seen him on GENSEC a few times and he hasn't caused any issues from what I've seen. HOWEVER, Q16 is questionable. If you read the staff handbook, you'd know that a moderator can't ban. You meet the bare minimum for the word requirement but, as Squash stated, I don't think you're ready.

While you are correct that it isn't meta to call thermals from hearing footsteps, it depends on the situation. I will now quote Rookieblue: "In very specific circumstances, yes. Have to be in doors, not moving, any allied person not moving, and hear footsteps." -Rookieblue From what I see, they were walking while Matto was walking as well, which means that any footstep excuses made is pretty much void now. While they have been spoken to by CI command, as stated by Hope, a warning should still be given. +Support
