In my opinion, Doggo has been one of our longest ranking senior admins out of the few we have. With that in mind, he's done well over his time during staff. I can see that Doggo handles situations with an unbiased view and is well-mannered. Might be due to timezone but I don't see him around too much. The man has been in command for a bit which means he has a bit of experience in expecting the unexpected. He does solid work but is it worthy of becoming senior admin? I'm not fully sure on that but my decision: +/- Support, leaning +Support This could always change until SMT make their decision but we'll see.

And also, I think GENSEC needs as much room as possible with such limited space. -Support

A few things about this ban: First: This ban was ordered by SMT. Personally, I don't think he said the N word either but if they wanna reverse their call, it's up to them. I merely did the ban for them. Second: I find it quite strange that you never mentioned in your post that youwere trying to say "raining goods" rather than "raining men", which was your excuse when you came to us SMT members but nonetheless, eh. Actually, no his harpoon is not an instakill. Those with enough hp can actually take about 2 hits (typically SF jobs, commander jobs, etc).

To be honest, the balance in my opinion has been relatively fair if I'm considering timezone. I tend to hop on at sporadic moments throughout the day and, typically, there won't typically be tons of gensec near evening. The way I see it: GENSEC rules in the afternoon. D class rules at night. Pretty funny. Also, I've seen D class take over D block plenty of times so...

Personally, I don't know you or had any interactions. In my opinion, although yes you did break some rules, I personally don't think you should have been blacklisted from SCP 076-02. 527 is a different story though because I definitely remember you minging on it heavily. As a staff member, I expected better but my opinions don't matter haha.

Based on these two information alone, I do not believe you should be unblacklisted from SCHP 527. According to Crystal, a Senior Moderator on our server, you were caught in D block as 280 which is a clear violation of rules. Whether it was you or not, you have this history of violating SCP Rules constantly. According to our motd, "SCPs 131-A, 131-B, 343, 527, and 1424 are allowed to go into D-Block. However, these SCPs are not allowed to step onto the elevator or enter lower D-Block". It says so in the rules. The fact that you said you didn't see any signs tells me that you didn't read the rules at all either. Absolute -Support

So uh... how do I explain this... At the time of the event, an Nu7 by the name of (Ducky?) came up to me and told me that he caught a gensec opening 173. I came in and saw the breach doors open and LCPL Dakota standing there. I asked him why did he opened and he told me that he thought it was some researcher stuck inside because 173, named 'mtf nu7 rct billy mays stoopid', at the time was was using his mic to bait the security personnel. I explained to him that it was just 173 and he asked something along the lines of "How was I supposed to know that?"... There's a sign. 173's sign. Either way, I pulled Security 1LT Assassin over and told him the situation and he told me that he would demote him. I agreed to what he said and I let him handled it but I guess he wasn't demoted. To be honest, this would have been a formal warning but I let it go. While I understand you were confused, you should have been trained for this in GENSEC.

At first, before he mic spammed, I heard him say something along the lines of "I know I shouldnt play this because funny words". My first thought was "alright so this person knows the N-word is in the song, great". As the person who handed the ban, I got to speak with Frank in teamspeak afterwards about the incident. He said he did not know that the N-word was in the song and he was talking about the "dirty" words in it. I'm fine with unbanning him tbh. He sounded pretty genuine in my opinion. +Support
