Big - Support So you instigated a problem for no reason, got it. Starting a problem by targeting current staff online, and constructive criticism aiming to improve the server are 2 VERY different things. You went with the former. Again, starting an issue in OOC and continuously arguing with staff is different from an opinion. This is disrespect, NOT criticism Not a single thing you have said in your appeal is anything close to criticism. Look 2 quotes up. Our server policies state that staff have the right to issue the punishment the feel appropriate for the situation. You constantly poked, pushed and disrespected Willy until he snapped, and gave you a (very lenient if you ask me) 2 day ban. Throughout the entire sit, and this entire post, you've failed to take any responsibility for your actions, fended ignorance and played the victim card. If anything, I feel this ban should be extended. I'm almost excited to see the video

Changing my opinion to a massive - Support for me. I was originally in favor of you becoming staff, but after doing some digging I found that you were recently banned from 1944RP for adverting Racial and Anti Semitic remarks. That behavior is not at all tolerated from anyone in our community, let alone a staff candidate.

+ Support I was the Admin that banned you. I saw that Ramon warned you for MassRDM/RevengeRDM, So i asked him how many people you killed. He told me that you RDM'd 4 people, which counts as MassRDM. I checked your ingame time and saw that you had over a day of playtime, which is more than enough to know not to MassRDM, which is why I banned you for the 3 days. Looking back, I definitely should've went to Ramon to ask him about it further and I should've talked to you about it beforehand, but I still think that your punishment is valid, as you cannot go as a fresh spawn and proceed to hunt the cop down that arrested you, then kill all of the cops in the surrounding area. I'm sorry for any confusion or trouble that I may have caused you, and I apologize for not coming to speak with you first. Edit: After talking with Ramon ingame, I've decided to change to a + Support. Ostyn was, and still is very remorseful and I believe that he should be unbanned. I would again like to apologize for the way that I handled the situation, it was very irresponsible of me.

The correct answer is in the staff handbook - No poll Overall, I do not feel that you are quite ready for staff yet. Your warns are over a year old, so getting a good chunk of them removed will be easy and will significantly help your chances. Even though we rarely play at the same time, you can improve activity by talking with people in teamspeak and responding to things on the forums. You should also reread the staff handbook to get the correct answer for question 16, and if you haven’t already, introduce yourself to Fame (our Head Of Staff) in his teamspeak office, it helps if he knows who you are!
