(150 Word Minimum) Wow, I genuinely do not know where to begin. It has been such a great privilege to staff for GamingLight and I am continuously so grateful to be involved in such a wholesome and friendly community. When I first joined GamingLight, I came with the soul intent to minge and goof around at the expense of others. To be honest, I was quite the troublemaker and caused my fair share of problems. But I found myself continuously logging onto PoliceRP. As the weeks passed I started actually role playing and interacting with the community in a positive manner, something that I hadn’t ever expected to do. Months went by and I found myself floating between days of binging PoliceRP and then sometimes a week of inactivity due to reasons I will not go into. No matter how long I was gone, I was always happy to return to a place where I could enjoy myself. I took a short break throughout December due to the loss of someone close to me. When I returned, I made a very large effort to paint myself in a positive light. I interacted with the community, flew through the ranks in PD and made connections that I still interact with today. When I finally applied for staff in February, I was overjoyed to see so many people supporting me, It really made me feel like I had a place here. The GamingLight community and my time on staff have helped me become a much better person overall. I have learned to be a more respectful and kind individual inside and out of the community and in return I have received something so much more than I could’ve asked for. As cliche as it sounds, GamingLight has become an escape from everything and from the short time that I’ve been here, it’s been amazing. Since February I have tried my best to be the best staff member I can be. I’ve dedicated a massive amount of time to this community and i’ve enjoyed every second of it. I believe that I am ready for Admin because I see myself as a responsible and mature individual, and I believe that I can handle the responsibilities that come with the rank of Admin, I strive to be active everyday and be the best staff member I can be. It has truly been a great honor to staff, and I am extremely thankful for everyone that has helped me come this far. I know I’ve said it a lot but I really mean it when I say that I am so thankful for this opportunity. Thank you so much for reading this, It really means a lot to me. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? First, I would JailTP them to a rooftop to stop the negative impact on the current RP situation. Then I would check the logs to ensure that I have the right person . Assuming I have gotten the correct person, I would then strip their weapons and proceed to ask them if they knew why they had been brought to this sit. If they continually cursed at me, I would gag them and explain that they would be receiving warns for MassRDM/Staff diss/NCWS. Finally I would explain to them that they would be minged for 10,000 seconds, and that during the duration of the minge, they would be unable to communicate, interact with players or other entities, and be placed under the map. I would proceed to call an Admin+ to issue the 10,000 second minge and bring them below the map. Finally, I would let them know that if they disagreed with the punishments given, or felt that I handled the sit in an unfair or biased manner, they could appeal the warn and minge or report me personally on the forums. + Support The video shows both Laidler and Calvin repeatedly harassing Sion. Calvin rammed Sions car multiple times for no other purpose than to annoy him, and Laidler baited 2 traffic stops that he drove away from (which is failRP) and also rammed Sion multiple times. a 6 month ban seems like overkill to me however, I'd say warning both Calvin and Laidler for Minge/Copbait/FailRP and a minge would suffice

Wow, Just wow is all I can say. I can understand that you feel you were falsely arrested. I can understand that you were frustrated. But I in no way can understand why you would even BEGIN to think that was ok to say. You've been on this sever for some time now, you surely have seen people get warned for player diss. I just cannot fathom how you think that you do not deserve to be punished for this. GamingLight is meant to be a friendly and welcoming community for all, and things like this go against everything that we want. And to say it over a disagreement in a video game is truly beyond me. You've shown zero remorse for your actions and you're only bothered by it because you have been punished for your actions MASSIVE -Support from me. You're lucky that you only got 2 days, it easily could (and quite frankly should) be double or even more than that. I hope that you'll take these 2 days to think over what you said, and come back to the server a better player.

+/- Support You kinda left out a big part of why you were banned. It wasn't one case of RDM, and I honestly doubt that they permanently banned the wrong person, but it has been more than a year since you were banned, and I believe that you should be given a chance do redeem yourself.

Big -Support from me captain This is incredible, you're refusing to take any responsibility for your actions and instead you're trying to blame other people for being upset by what you did. Endgame is the culmination of 11 years of movies. A LOT of people have been waiting a long time for this and its extremely selfish and says a lot about you as a person when you intentionally ruin it for people, for no personal gain. Even if you don't care about it a lot of people have been waiting a long time for this, and I would have done the same thing as Freeze. It's been said in a lot of Gaminglight community spaces that spoiling endgame isn't funny and isn't tolerated. Wait the 3 weeks and hopefully you return with a better attitude.

- Support - You made your forums account on Saturday, and this was your first post on it. - Rarely seen on teamspeak. - No poll. - 15 doesn't meet required minimum word count (and you deleted the part about the required word count.) - for 16, trial mods cannot ban and the correct punishment is listed in the staff handbook, leading me to believe that you haven't actually read it. Overall, I just do not feel that you are ready for staff. Your application is decent but it has a lot of small errors that could have been easily avoided. You're pretty active ingame but I rarely see you on Teamspeak and this was your first forums post. If you get denied this time, I'd recommend rereading the staff handbook and taking a little bit more time on your application, as well as increasing your forums activity. Directly from Fame's post: If you have not received a warning in two weeks from your most recent warning, you can appeal 2 warnings from over three months old. If you have not received a warning in over 3 months, all warnings that are over one year old shall be removed. You must talk to a member of SMT to get these warnings removed, and you must be active in game.

On top of that, his account is an hour old and this is the only place he's posted. That screams fake account to me.

Unfortunately, it isn't as easy as just adding cars that are easier to drive, all cars will handle relatively the same because they're all built on the same base. Its certainly not as smooth as most other games but you have to remember that Gmod came out 12 years ago. Once you get the hang of it driving becomes significantly easier, it'll just take practice8.
