I’ve only been a member for about a week but during that week I’ve logged over 1 week maybe longer. I’ve gained a lot of experience so far with the police department, along with the way staff handles certain situations. I’m in the Eastern Time Zone, I play sometimes to 3 o’clock in the morning, most of the time when I stay up this late there’s no staff online and the whole server turns to complete chaos. Tonight I encountered an OFC Who attempted to prop block the entrance and exit of the police department. Along with another OFC Who was constantly killing his fellow officers. These are only a few instances where I have encountered people breaking the rules and making the server unenjoyable. In fact these rule breakers made at least six people leave the server, and in my opinion to any new player that joins it can damage the communities image with rule breakers like these going unpunished.(Due to no Staff online) There’s been times where I’ve seen situation that I know I can handle but do not have the authority to. As a member I have done my best to defuse some situations involving people that don’t want to follow the rules. As a trial mod I know my power will be limited but I think I can make a positive affect on the community. I believe I’ve have done everything to qualify for this position. I’ve read over the staff handbook at least four times and I consider myself familiar with all the community rules and the people involved. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? i would take for an Admin sit, next I'd try to figure out whats going on and the reasoning. If that didn't work id GAG them then explain how i'm gonna handle the situation. then i would warn them for RDM and staff disrespect and Minge them.
