(Can be any length) I deserve the rank because of my knowledge of how a staff team should work. Before becoming management I would staff all day and would do it to the best of my abilities. I am trustworthy and dedicated to anything I put my mind to. I’ve shown through my recent activity that I’m able to be on, since I already understand what staffing entails as well as how to act like a staff member. Another key trait I have is efficiency, when I would staff night after night alone I would take care of situations fast and smoothly. I also can assure that if I do become staff I plan on fulfilling the purpose of my rank (ex. As trial mod taking most of the weightload as higher ups are usually busy or doing other things). Staffing is something that I find myself to be particularly good at, since I’m on the server. I thought why not give it a shot. If sits were created for MRDM and it’s obvious from the evidence/logs that the individual killed 4+ people and intentionally massed. I would firstly bring them assessing their body language asking them why they’ve been killing people. After about 5 seconds I would notice that it is getting nowhere and they had no intention to roleplay. (Can be any length) Maturity: I’m 20 years old and a lot of maturity comes from serious moments such as serious roleplay or other. However sometimes I am silly but a lot of different people are silly. I’ve proved myself to a few other battalions of how serious I am and how serious I could be depending on the situation. I've also spend most of my life doing roleplay like this so I've obviously gain a little knowledge on how certain things work and when to not be an idiot or silly! That doesn't mean I can't have fun though! Activity: Lately I’ve been active and have been on almost everyday however before a week ago I was a bit inactive and I am starting to prove myself to be active again like I was a few weeks ago. When I am, I try to be productive but sometimes I just relax. I wanna improve my activity on being a little more productive plus I love hanging out with a ton of peeps on the server and I wanna continue hanging out with them. Leadership: I’m a Head Gamemaster and I’ve been managing the Gamemaster team the best I’ve can. I’ve added and changed things for Gamemaster and I’ve been making sure Gamemasters stay up to date on events. I’m not good at going into detail on this but, I believe I have leadership skills to fit as a T-mod to spread knowledge and assist. I would than look over logs and determine on how many people he killed and the more he probably talked or not, I would request for a (I think) Senior moderate to assist me and ban the person for Massrdming. (Can be any length): I think I should be accepted because this server needs help with the minges. On the day of writing this alone, there have been seven sits that I have been involved with because someone has done the wrong thing. I would make sure that none of the sits that I see go unresolved. I want to help the staff members with the daily active players we have, along with making sure all the guidelines and rules are being followed. Also, to make sure every player is having a great experience playing the game. I feel that becoming a staff member will give me an advantage when it comes to learning more about the community because I will be dealing with players a lot more than I was as a player. I feel that staff members are one of the first faces players should meet. I feel that late at night there are less staff members on and I feel that I can contribute to the times when there are low counts of staff online. Being accepted as one of the staff members would make me feel more connected to the community, and by choosing me as a staff member I would know how to deal with different kinds of situations during sits or tickets that have been brought to my concern. I feel that I am very Mature, Friendly and can be unbiased in situations. I think I have a good reputation in PoliceRP because I always try to be friendly and I always try to RP to the best of my abilities, such as always trying to actually try to save the hostage in situations and trying to do raids tactically instead of rushing in. I believe I could be very helpful especially during the morning (EST) because typically, there are not many to zero staff on in the morning. To start I would bring them to a roof where they would be unable to disrupt anybody. If they were cursing at me I would try to wait to see if they burn themselves out and in the meantime check the LOGS to make sure I have the right person. If they continue to curse at me I would gag them. I would then explain to them that they will be receiving a Formal Warning and they are being banned for 5+ Days. I would then contact an Admin+ and ask them to ban said person for 5+ Days.

I'd bring them to a roof, !gag him or her, tell them be respectful, then I'd go to !blogs, find who he RDMed. Bring some of the witnesses to the roof, let some of them speak and get their side of the story, ask them for a video, !ungag the RDMer, try to get his or her side of the story, and if they keep swearing I would gag them again and warn them for Mass RDM and disrespecting staff.

(150 Word Minimum) The reason why I should be in Staff is that I stay on at nights when no staff are on so I will patrol around the server and catch minges that ruin other people game time as they have a certain time zone as I do where no staff are on at night and plus I'm on summer break and I feel like if there is more staff that can help at different times of the day it would help the server a lot. I want the server to be where no one has to worry about others messing with them or where cops have to worry about people cop baiting. If they are still being disruptive and rude not giving anyone a chance to speak I would gag them. From there I would tell them why I brought them to the sit. Then I would explain what MassRDM is. After that I would ask for a Admin+ to give the player a 10000 second minge and then I would give them a warn for Mass RDM/Staff Diss.
