  1. I don’t feel like handling a case through chat is appropriate despite how convenient it is for you. I also feel like you should be setting an example and be on staff before telling staff members to stop complaining and get on. As an admin you should set an example staff wise despite inconveniences to your rp. Such as hopping on staff instead of letting someone handle a case off duty. With that said, +Support This is partly because the player count is close to 20. Also there should always be someone on to keep an eye out for rule breakers. @CHEETO did Maral claim the ticket off duty as well? I would feel like strikes would be up to whoever deals with this report. However I don’t think “before complaining and get on staff” is appropriate for an Admin talking to a Senior Mod. Strikes would be appropriate then.

First off, would be my goal to resume my old duties from when I was an Admin. What exactly seems to be the issue?" Based on the exact nature of their problem I would end with either "I hope I answered your question satisfactorily. Is there anything else you want to ask me? If you think of something don't hesitate to hop into a Requesting Support channel with a title that best describes the kind of issue you have and one of the Support Staff members will be there to assist you." If its related to questions about a rule I would follow up with, "I understand your confusion of this and hope my explanation made sense. If you need to double check here is (insert server specific MOTD link), make sure to check it out as it goes over all the rules on the server.'   12. You can just no clip and repair it so you don’t reset as easily. From my previous experience as an Admin on police rp. The repair function was only available for admins because it would carry over when they weren’t on staff partly from permissions. Making it available to all staff other than Admin+ would more than likely cause more issues than not. Also it’s part of Vcmod so simply making the changes to fit it in to the rest of the staff would be more difficult.
