Well Hi guys, I'm Rick! I'm pretty new to the server, But I am a LCPL on PD and a EMR. Lots of fun to be here so far. Been on the server about a week + now and honestly have had a lot of fun on the server so far. Also let me know anything I should do on the server to have more fun on PoliceRP

Why do you want to join the O5 staff team: I would like to join the O5 staff team to better Research and technology for the foundation. Studying SCPs with a high ranking Object Class to better know such SCPs for newer ways to contain and/or recontain them would be very entertaining as it is a way to make said SCPs less dangerous, and harder for them to breach. It would be awesome to be able to nullify the effects of any SCP, or over-study it to know almost everything about it. A new clearance level would enhance my projects as it allows me to test on any SCPs to better mankind. It would be nice to be able to gather more information for future projects, so I can [DATA EXPUNGED] and equally conduct more tests for the Research Division. Why should we accept you: I believe you should accept me into the O5 staff team solely due to my dedication. I do my work proudly, and I do it with all my effort. I will interact with others kindly, and I will ensure mine and everyone else's safety while possibly conducting any tests with high priority viewers. I love the Research Division, and I believe I can better it simply with a higher clearance level and more authority. I believe that the O5 Council will enjoy my work, and I will proudly present it to them in a fancy style.

Main reason of my leaving I wanted to say a few things before I left Thank you This has been the best department I’ve ever played. I was asked to join SRT, ARU, and even some wanted me in SWAT but instead I stayed. I stayed because I love the people in this department. I rarely had problems with anyone. +/-Support While I do agree that a Toolgun may benefit roleplaying scenarios, I believe that they should be given at a certain rank in these branches (such as Experienced Researcher+). I believe that there will also need to be a system to remove a certain person's toolgun if it is abused. I think that we should give it a shot though.

- Support. While I'm very much in favor of opening up CCs to other branches, allowing combatant CCs would basically just allow people to play GENSEC and sometimes do other stuff. It erases the boundaries between branches and makes them useless. If you want to play as a combatant, either reach the official rank within that branch to do so, or play GENSEC/MTF/CI.

+support This suggestion was well thought and planned out. A lot of effort was put into this and it shows, as well as research behind what creamey is trying to add. Everything seems solid. In total it will add 8.145 MB which is a tad bit high but for an entire SCP it is low. The amount of RP this thing would add makes me want to do some noice test. I wouldn't mind this being added to the glass CC's at first and then the SCP's being moved to the new HCZ addon that was accepted when the map change occurs. Besides that this would just be nice to add

You want to add a branch which spies on our own troops/naval so they can report it (or have a court case) to get that said person demoted/punished? If so, wouldn't everyone just ignore you and/or ensure they don't say anything while they're around? If that happens then the people on the jobs will have nothing to do and eventually become inactive...? Furthermore, it's currently up to High Command already to ensure Command members aren't 'Corrupt' - and if a High Command member is 'corrupt' then its Vader's and other SNR HC decision. If Vader is 'corrupt' then its SMT's decision. Finally, this seems like another attempt for you to switch who commands DT/IF. I might have interpreted this wrong, if so please help explain it to me.

(1-10): 6 (See note) Why you should keep your position (Command Only, 100 word minimum for LCMD, 150 for HCMD): While my activity on the server is not at it's greatest this month due to a variety of things, I always make sure my obligations are met and ensure the well-being of technical. I am always available for questions on and off the server. I make sure I submit my weekly log on time (albeit last minute). And I give it my all being the sole branch I am apart of. I may not be the person who can do at-the-minute events but I believe in my ability to lead and oversee. While being an overseer may not be the most ideal for this rank, I believe someone has to be the rules and safety manager. I will continue to contribute whenever possible, attend every meeting, and help along any mini-event that anyone wants to do. Seriously, just ask! I do have an event in work-in-progress that I hope will make up for the lost time. Any changes you would like to see: Steam ID record-keeping for proper purging after removals. Will eliminate the very rare occurrence of people who have the whitelists but no roster record getting on to commit rule/SOP breaking. One of those reasons are that I am very active. I am on the server almost everyday and I watch everything that is happening in the Med bay. Another reason why I should keep my position is I am great at listening. Either it be a non-command member or a command member, I also take a minute or more to hear what they have to say. Another reason why I should keep my position is because I can deal with criticism. If someone has any criticism about my work I will listen and take what they said and improve upon which they have criticized me for. Any changes you would like to see: For surgical to me more active. One way we could accomplish this is adding more things to surgical. One of the ideas I thought of was adding more to the medical research side of thing. One thing we could do with medical research is potentially adding like a FDA approval system. My dude, 939 doesn't use echolocation. Additionally, that's not how echolocation works, nor how 939 would perceive and process the sounds waves it was receiving. If we were to use your logic of, "the sound would have bounced off the room", 939 would believe that the entire room was shooting at it, because to it the sound waves would be originating from the walls, because it wouldn't be able to track a sound wave off a material that it bounced from. Echolocation works because a bat is the originating source of the sound and knows its own location relative to the sounds it's receiving. This may come as a great surprise to many, but the time has come for me to resign. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time as a part of the 501st, and appreciate everyone who helped make my experience on gaminglight so great. a superadmin aka SMT spawned in 3 miniguns, pretty sure he was on his O5 job while he was doing a lot of this too. he can do what he wants on O5 most likely because he is literally the highest ranking personnel of all foundations? Makes sense foundation would have at least 3 miniguns. The simple excuse of "Others doing it isn't an excuse" When it clearly seems like Igneous does not care when SMTs do this. I do not speak for igneous and do not take it that way either. But LITERALLY EVERY SMT, does shit like this. Seriously I got killed 10x by those miniguns bro when i was in HCZ as a d class. Its just all fun man. Edit: I was on Senior Researcher with him too, he was using his SMT powers to make people bigger, made us 1v1. Its all fun man he really let all of us had fun. So I can definitely say that he was 100% trying to make the server more fun.

+support This guy is always super helpful. Every time I want to do a test he is always the first one to respond and help me. He's never mean and is always friendly and nice to me. As a Re-containment Specialist he's shown me the ways of the MTF and how to deal with many obstacles that come my way. He's the perfect guy for this job.

He than proceeds to tell me to stop talking to him because I pointed out what he was doing wrong. The image of logs shows him being active yet refusing to take the sits. What are you suggesting? - If someone pays the $50 fee for MTF and the $20 fee for Utility, they can get a combatant utility CC akin to the likes of ACMs and MMFs. Weapon, armor and health restrictions still apply. The only difference would be they can attack aggressively without self defense. How would this change better the server? - More options for CCs, more incentive to get them. This change would also circumvent the "discount MTF" argument, as it is actually more expensive. Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? If so, explain. - Possible mingery? More combatants in LCZ. Who would this change mostly benefit? - Utility, Research, Zeeptin's wallet.
