+/- Support In all honesty I have my radio turned off 9/10 times because the amount of bullshit that is said in there is unreal sometimes. I have my teamspeak always open and get most of my information from there. It doesn't necessarily have to be moved to TS but I see where your getting from. And like will said. A radio is more RP wise.

Im all for new ways of increasing RP but restricting vehicles to departments is a bit to much. If departments use cars for RP reasons its good like Pliskim stated.

I mean of Gov just coordinate enough and communicate it shouldnt be a problem. I always tell people to go to outskirts and inskirts and wich ever it is can just call it in. This can be solved in RP but criminals could always do it if they are in a good mood doesnt have to be a rule. -Support

+/- Support Sometimes I feel like staff already interfears with RP already to much. Having them being able to listen to everything I just have the feeling staff will fly and go everywhere where there is a call and leading to breaking the RP to much. I understand it could be usefull but there is a /report command for a reason.

This car got added and readded like 2 times, if you want it back its SMT's decision.

Besides all the reasons above against your statement, you as EMS cant claim a car for your own department unless stated by SMT.

Like joe stated there isnt much to go off to what happend both parties are very unclear

Like the others have said, work on your acitity on staff and make sure to apply when you know your ready not because you think you should be. Other then that the times your on staff your friendly and helpful. Keep on improving yourself and reapply again!

- Support When suggesting a new department you always need to look at some important stuff : What does this department do different from other department Is there enough ask from people for this kind of department And ofcourse whether its needed or not. with these points reviewing your suggestion for the department, tac units already deal with any sort of weapons, thats our job. PD/other gov can deal with drugs and they do like IRL so in that way the department is just not special enough. Atm some departments are already struggling with finding new members and adding another department wont do good for this and will split everyone even more. And from what I have hear/seen there isnt much need for the department as the topics are covered by others already and by taking tasks away from them is also something to be looked at. and with these points myself can conclude that with the current information that you provided for a department is sadly not enough to make a good foundation for a upcomming department. good luck tho!

Its like this : 48 hours actualy played on the server and the 1 week is duration of your total stay on the server. So if you join this friday and apply next week friday and in that week you have played 48 hours you are able to apply

I know what u mean and if its possible im all for it but I think a NPC would be better for people to. And people just stater that its not logical for EMS to carry n x ammount of armor with them
