It starts when you are cuffed as of now. But I have to say +/-support this doesn’t just apply to scp’s. It goes for everyone. I think the current rule is good as if someone leaves you then comes back you must stop no matter how close you are. Which puts all that clicking to nothing. Because even if they are struggling to break out they must still comply as the complince rule and the cuff break rule are seperate.

This isn’t a thing you need to + or - support really. but here from a staff perspective. Just because we don’t warn you don’t mean you can’t get punished in rp. Rp and staff are 2 seperate punishments.

I would +support but we literally can’t do anything without a steamid. We cannot ban or warn him. The steamid says required for a reason shin. Next time just do rp_lookup theirnamehere in console.

I have thought over and over and never found one true reason why I should be it. But I have found the reason. I believe I deserve the rank of super admin due to different factors. That I have of course been a part of the staff team for a long period of time. I have experience on how to handle myself in situations, I know how to handle/talk/help other staff team members. I know how to handle situations that would result in a small, minuscule punishment like a verbal to something that would result in a permaban. I even had a situation where my real name was doxed, and I didn’t have an outburst and went to smt for assistance in this situation. I want to be able to help more directly with the staff team in helping lower staff members. Not saying that I don’t already do that, but I want to be able to discuss matters with other JMT members and SMT members. I have been wanting to grow within this community that gaminglight it. I joined when it was a small community and now it is a community with 10k+ members and is still growing to this day. I joined the staff team to make the community a safer place for players, a nice place where you can come after school or work and hang out with others. Playing to complete a certain objective. I have been wanting to better myself since I joined the community, which I believed I had. When I was in the staff team last time, I didn’t believe myself to be fit for the rank of Junior Management. I now feel I should at least give it a shot and try and prove myself. I may not be able to do that much at the rank of senior admin. But I help out other staff members with handling sits, helping them through times, and assisting them. I have been helping out smt with catching people who are slacking, and with people who were doing awesome. I have been able to help them out with issues on the server, helping them train new t-mods, been attending interviews to give my input. Although I am not able to help too much with the dev work I believe I can be a good front for the staff team. Chatting with players giving them a good time on the server. I have put effort and joy into the staff team. I believe that over the course of my 4-5 years in gaminglight and specifically over 1 year in senior admin status, that I deserve a shot at super admin. At first I would try and calm them down, I would talk in a calm and respective matter while they are yelling at me and cursing. Although if they do not calm down I would mute and gag them while I explain the situation to them. After dealing with their swearing/yelling I would review any evidence I have to conclude how much they have RDM’ed. I would then give them a warn for mass rdm. I then would inform them that they are going to be receiving a 5 day ban for mass rdm. That they can appeal the ban and warning if they want on the forums at gaminglight.com. What I would first do is try and calm the situation down. Try and get them to co-operate so we have less screaming and yelling. In my opinion the best way to handle this kind of situation is to not give into them. They will try and provoke a response to try and get a harsher punishment or a lesser punishment. What I would then do is just continue filling out the punishment. From giving them a verbal, a formal warning, or if it was required a ban from the server. Q3: There is a player abusing a known bug, and he has been reported to staff. He swears he followed the server rules when you talk with him. What's the best way to handle this? The best way to handle this would is first show him any physical evidence of him abusing a known bug. From it being recorded from another players perspective, from my perspective, or another staff members perspective. If no evidence is available and I witnessed it with my own eyes. I would then proceed to give them a verbal warning to not do it again, unless they have been warning/told not to do this again I would proceed to give them a formal warning. Then if its necessary I would proceed to give them a temporary jail so they can double check the rules and learn form their mistakes.

Also I would like to say he actually can’t from a staff perspective. The rule for 912 says: “ SCP-912 must order any non-MTF or non-GENSEC personnel to put away their weapons. “ so actually he can’t attack for riot shield as it isn’t a weapon. But still yea +support

Also small note here. From what i’ve seen in the past and have been told in the past. The pm model change will be equivalent to the price of the current model. So of he paid 100 bucks for a bigger model he can get another 100 dollar model. But since this is a model naturally in the server it’d just be a simple model change.

I agree with dang here. but remember everyone, this is an appeal to appeal a false warn. Not appealing a warn that should’ve or could’ve been a verbal. But I do agree it could’ve been a verbal but its up to the staff in the end.

+Support grade A minge nice guy to be with friendly but, you messed up a small bit. You can’t forcefully apply the ban. You need to request as a t-mod can ban. but this small mistake is no reason to deny someone.

-responding to your own app - although your responses were good you can’t ban as a t-mod. And you wouldn’t give 2 formal warnings you’d just give one. - then finally you don’t have the post requirements.

+support i would say he can just stick wherever he hears the noise. Like if he hears the door opening but nobody is there. Just spam your swep near the door and is button.

I'm just going to state this here. Your account your fault. I recommend you play on our other servers to try and gain some good reputations. Also to everyone here its technically appealable according ot our staff handbook but its SUPER unlikely. All punishments can be reduced, extended, or overruled at the discretion of Manager+. still - support.

I agree. But for me it’s +/- support. as i fell this could cause lag to the server with it running code for all players when they die. Also won’t the timer just be a universal one of 3 minutes? And then what about when d-class don’t have nlr and die a ton during riots constantly resetting the timer. In the end is a good idea. But if it’s going to affect server performance then no.

The reason why i'm saying this is because from what mtf have told me. That htey cannot go into ci base to get himb ack or it will count as a raid. And since no negotiations were started it would be a false raid. So essentially CI usually get a free 682/etc. Whatever scp went there. THats why i said that. If MTF can go attempt to chase down the scp without itcounting as a raid then thats fine. But once ci have the scp in custody mtf must fall back/escape.

This is very true. From what I’ve seen from the video he hesitated in killing him which resulted in him being able to crouch walk away. So i warned him after asking dommy of he wanted one and after me knowing that would been here and playing 939 for a while. The jump would make him kos from where he was and not where he was going. And acording to the rules is anything that makes noise. So alt walking, jumping, running, etc. but crouching makes 0 noise. Do that Doesnt count as a sound. Also the reason went i decided not to give a verbal because soul has been in the server for a while. And from what I’ve seen had a good understanding. And in the video he also hesitated. Then also how when your 939 you of course go of sound. And the least known sound was at the door and he should be attacking the door. But he turned towards donny to agree him after he moved away. So in the end i determined it should be a warn and that this isn’t a false warn. Although if smt make a statement about clarifying anything about 939 my opinion my change. And man this is giving me dejavu
