This and also I haven't heard too many complaints about mtf raids. I only hear the complaints when they have to deal with so much SCP's but thats usually when they get to d-block and let d-class out which is not 24/7. As gensec does stop them sometimes.

Oh I didn't notice this rule.

What are you suggesting? - A Edit to Rule 6 of the Class Specific Rules - All Players Section "Players are not allowed to “puppy guard” spawn areas. This includes waiting at SCP Containment Cells during their breach attempts unless called out in RP." To "Players are not allowed to “puppy guard” spawn areas. This includes waiting at SCP Containment Cells during their breach attempts unless called out in RP." "- Maintenance personnel are not allowed to wait inside of a containment chamber after failing a roll. They must leave the area for 5 minutes." How would this change better the server? - It would be better for SCP's when trying to breach so they Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? If so, explain. - That Maintenance will have to walk back. Who would this change mostly benefit? - SCP's Please link any workshop content, screenshots, or anything that you think may be helpful to those who view this suggestion - The reason why I am suggesting this is because maintenance shouldn't just be sitting 24/7 in a cell waiting for a scp to self breach. Then the rule about puppy guarding places which includes SCP containment chambers unless they are called out is Kandloff useless. As Maintenance just call out that a SCP is breaching/has breached if they just wait inside of the containment chamber the entire time. All this is going to do is make it so that scp's have a better chance of escaping. Forcing maintenance to check up on other things/do other things while they are waiting for their 5 minute timer to end.

Also some more notes from a forum diplomat He is hiding his old previous applications to change up his answers. Which as staff he should be accepting that he got something wrong and shouldn't be hiding it to prevent people from seeing it.

I don't see a problem with this anyways. This is just a casual d-class being toxic lol. But from what i have seen a bit on the server - chill guy The only thing that i see that turns people away is that racism warn BUT that racism warn was from january. I think you have changed/gotten better since you have no more warnings after that date. He does. The server time says requirement of 1 week on the server. Doesn't mean full time in-game but being on the server. He's been around since January and the server playtime is really buggy and resets sometimes. +support

Please show us a picture of your settings and tell us the models that give you this effect. As some models are known to do this and its due to model not being made correctly.

The way we can enforce this is by A checking cuff logs and seeing where they are in the facility. If they want to then be killed they can be killed. Thats how it gets enforced. Then the valid reasoning is anything that makes sense. Just leaving someone in a cell for 40+ minutes for not having hands up is not a valid thing. Leaving them in a cell for 5 minutes is fine but not like 40 minutes. Well Bablowa. If you read my thing I said its failrp without a valid reason. Cuffing someone on CI and leaving them in a unpopulated area is valid. But after 5 minutes of being alone and failing to break out of cuffs would allow the person to request death from staff. Which would give them a RP reset.
-
What are you suggesting? - A rule stating you cannot place people in cuffs and leave them in cells/in hallways/etc without valid reasoning. (AKA no leaving htem in a cell for an hour) How would this change better the server? - It would allow for people to not just be cuffed and left unable to RP as they cannot change jobs. Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? If so, explain. - None really Who would this change mostly benefit? - Everyone. Please link any workshop content, screenshots, or anything that you think may be helpful to those who view this suggestion - I think 2 rules should be added for this. 1. Its Failrp to leave someone cuffed in an area without a valid reason. Ex: Interrogation, testing, etc. Examples of not being okay: Leaving them in D-block cells for extended times without it being Partial Lockdown. Maximum should be 5 minutes when not on partial lockdown. 2. If a player is left in cuffs for 5+ minutes and is left unattended by personnel they can request staff to kill them. I feel this will allow for players to rp more than just being left in cuffs for a long time in some random spot.

What are you suggesting? - Some clarifications on certain breach situations with scp's. How would this change better the server? - More clarification Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? If so, explain. - Scp's won't be able to get out in certain situations Who would this change mostly benefit? - a bit scp's but mainly Non SCP's Please link any workshop content, screenshots, or anything that you think may be helpful to those who view this suggestion - So I'm thinking of adding these rules to the main scp rules. As currently there are no set rules for these rules. 1. SCP's that are being Fed cannot attempt to kill/infect the people giving them the d-class nor attempt to breach their containment chamber. 2. SCP's are considered recontained when placed back in their containment chamber and uncuffed. SCP's may not attempt to re-breach after being released from cuffs/kill the person releasing him from cuffs till their NLR is up. The reason why these rules would benefit us is that SCP'S don't have too many rules about feeding/being recontained. I think these two rules will help with clarifying those things.

So I like the idea of this so I'm going to state some restrictions I believe should bein place. There must be 15 MTF on for you to attempt this. You must have approval from a CI General and a Super Admin+(So they can hit the button) As I believe the button should never be uncovered. As if a normal d-class got there every scp could breach their containment when the doors open. There would be a requirement to hold off the Generator room (We can have one of those fancy timers like for the other raids) for 5 minutes. BUT MTF will have different NLR times. E-11 of 0 minutes due to them having to run back before the raids over. Then NU-7 with a timer of 1 minute. (Reason being that if this was happening they would want to send many of their troops to stop the generator from being turned off.) Also being that you guys can easily funnel them through a doorway if you had to hold it. Then the restrictions inside of the room. You can only have 15 CI Max inside of the room Although Praxis Fist aren't allowed to be in the room during the attack. Due to Praxies being too strong and unbalanced to be in there. (But who says he can't roam EZ murdering MTF) Then to start it you would need a R&D Personnel in there to attempt to work on the rewiring. They will be required to start the raid and are needed to survive. (Just like the echo-5 raid)(Although this can be re-worked to be a R&D, E4, Or CI Gamma Command Job) But in the End I stole some ideas from people above. Like this man coltnerd.

Not like XP gives you too much when your higher levels. But it is an incentive to play on the jobs. -
Things Command is not Allowed to do at Site-50
Chief_ replied to Dr. Ternith Plague's topic in General
You may need a "Things Chief can't do at site 50" lol. -
The thing is also, just because something doesn't go your way/as planned. Doesn't mean you should go make a fuss/ruin it. As a slueth you should understand that d-class won't always be able to tell your a slueth and will kill you. Its what they normally do. You take that risk.
-
The reason why CI are more powerful than most people in the facility is becuase CI can't just come back after they die in a raid. (Except stealth op) So they are given more hp/better guns to combat the foundation.

I agree with this man here.

So, from what i’ve seen in the past and from what atleast the witness gam3 is saying. +support you were a chill guy in the past and the main thing that was stopping me from a response was the racial slur part. The inappropriate video I want a reaponse on but i hope it wasn’t too bad.

Alright. Thanks for lmk.

You have 2 bans on your record. 12/19/2020 - Racial Slurs in Memes. 01/13/2021 - Inappropriate Videos but from the 2 bans I am going to have no support until you elaborate on A. The racial slur vid(what was the meme essentially. DONT SAY THE RACIST WORD THO!) And B. What was the type of vid you posted? After you reply with the reasoning/what it was i’ll give a decision. @[GL] Fryingpan36
