What are you suggesting? - That you cannot just cuff and leave a scp in a broken cell
How would this change better the server? - It would allow for more situations where they have to be strategic
Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? If so, explain. - That scp's will have more chances to be out

I'm am thinking that for scp's that get cuffed and left in their containment chamber. They can have a chance to roll to escape after 5 minutes of being cuffed in their cell.
Then for scp's like 682 they will have a hp reset and be let loose if they win the roll.
The reason why I think this should be added is because we have a rule about not being able to recontain scp's that are in a broken cell. But people avoid this rule by cuffing an scp and leaving them in their broken cc.
I feel that this would help make people avoid doing this as it is not benifitial to just leave scp's in their cc.
Or a rule added how after 5 minutes a scp can roll/attempt to manually break out of their cuffs.
