I agree with your take, but when there is a report made and the excuse that there is "no clarification" then something needs to happen so that excuse cant be used in future situations. Snar said "While your concerns are understood by everyone, this issue is something that has never officially been clarified by myself or any SMT, and therefore it would be unfair to punish an SMT member for their actions when no clarification on the restrictions to those actions were present." I believe what this post is asking for is a public official clarification on what conduct is allowed and what conduct is not allowed so that the community knows whether or not to make an abuse report or bring it to Zeeptin.

I believe it to be more than necessary to have specific posted outlines or clarification to prevent confusion like this in the future. When I was a Manager for SWRP and HA on PRP there were no specific rules, it fell under "just use common sense." Having specific outlined rules would prevent unnecessary reports on SMT members and if they are reported the excuse that they had "no clarification" cannot be used to prevent punishment. Not having specific rules allows any SMT member to get off with the same excuse and a slap on the wrist. I'm not saying there need to be extensive guidelines, but there need to be some rules. If SMT does not wish to have rules then that needs to be stated that they don't have restrictions, if they do then it needs to be stated what they are and not hidden from the community.

SCP-2521 steals information about its self, so any written or verbally transmitted info about SCP-2521 will be stolen by him. If somone says somthing he will steal the person. Usually, you cannot buy ownership unless the owner is banned or the owner approves it from what Iv heard. And if you think about it logically you, just cause the owner hasnt been active or you haven't seem them on does not mean they should loose thier job they paid for. So I'd think that they would have to be banned.

Yeah uhh state has definitely had a downfall due to very poor timing and decisions. It was kinda obvious this would happen.

It's mega disappointing to see that they would remove CERT jobs essentially killing the Sub-Division, especially when there have been multiple occasions where they said this would not happen. State does not deserve this in their current state, there have been multiple changes in power and now one of the biggest benefactors State is being removed. There is no question this will affect the population and application rate of state police. Even if its just a "Sub Division" there is still a commander and multiple commanding officers in it that are affected by this decision, let alone the future High Command of State Police. It truly is unfortunate that CERT Jobs are being removed after the command has worked so hard to revive it and the commander has done such an amazing job at getting members. I personally liked the idea of ARU, but I don't think its right to take things away from the people that have worked so hard for them, especially when they didn't do anything to deserve to get them removed.
