(150 Word Minimum): I believe I deserve this promotion to Senior Moderator due to the substantial time and effort I have put into staffing on this server and how dedicated I am to continue doing the job I do. I am a very welcoming and professional person who has learned a lot from the time I have been a moderator and believe I can handle a higher rank and responsibility and prove myself to the higher-ups and be able to help out the lower ranks teaching them what I know. I have a slight advantage over some of the other staff members that due to the fact I am from Saudi Arabia I am on when others are not on so I can ensure that the server is a friendly place to relax and roleplay. I have managed countless sits and different scenarios and I am very familiar with all the punishments and ways to handle a situation to ensure the best result for all on the server and so that no one feels that they have been ignored. This community has given to me I feel this would be a good step to me being able to give back to the community that was welcomed me in and made this a safe place for me to release my stress and talk to people who are friendly. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?: I would !jailtp (Name) the offender up to a building, away from disruptance of RP. I would then continue to check the logs to make sure this is the correct person. I would continue to calmly expain why they were up here, and ask them why they decided to Mass RDM. If they continued to yell and curse at me, I would gag them and explain to them the punishment they would receive. I would continue to warn them for Mass RDM, Staff Disrespect, and NCWS. I would also get an Admin+ to minge them for 10,000 seconds.
