I always like to involve everyone in my events and It really sucks to see when an event finishes and people say in OOC "What Event?" I just believe that everyone should be able to have the same amount of fun on the server despite the branch they play. I am always willing to do new things that change up the way people think about the event team and I believe that just based on events a person could judge whether or not the like a server. Such as for me when I joined the GL CloneWarsRP server I was having so much fun due to the elaborate events that were hosted and it really hooked me in. Describe an event you could create (The more specific the better): I've always wanted to do an Are We Cool Yet? Event where they break into the facility going for SCP-173 due to their love for anomalous creatures and further study it in a bunker of theirs having MTF raid them to get back the SCP to the foundation. This would involve D-Class Gensec and MTF because with them going into LCZ for 173 D-class can help them and also GENSEC can help fight against them. It also involves MTF by them either fighting them in the facility or fighting to get back the lost SCPs What is your favorite SCP? Why? One of my favorite SCPs is SCP 059 because of how deadly it can be, but how underwhelming it really is just because it is a mineral with radiation but can infect both Humans and animals doing that much damage is pretty cool, it can also be implemented in the server during an event which is cool

(150 Word Minimum): I believe I should become Staff on gaminglight because I really care about the community and what it could become. I have previous experience staffing on this server so I know what will happen and how to handle it. I am also extremely active in both TS and in game. I am always willing to answer any questions whether it is how do you play the server from new players or questions about certain rules through OOC. When it comes to staff sits I will remain calm and listen to both sides to have the best outcome and make sure everyone is treated fairly and is given the right punishments. I am willing to be active on the staff job when needed and make sure that tickets are not being missed so the server can be kept under control. I will follow the staff handbook to the best of my ability when dealing with sits and swear to not make a bad name for Gaminglight, but a better one. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I would bring both the person who made the sit and the person who is RDMing to one of the staff rooms, but when I bring the person who is RDMing I would freeze him to make sure he doesn't RDM in a sit. I would ask why he is RDMing and if he responds by swearing I would gag him and explain that it is against the rules and would deliver the max minge I can and then ask a higher up to extend it to a 10,000 second minge
